View 10 RepliesI'm getting this on the website "Unable to process the request", on about 80% of my workouts I cannot see details! also on the few ones that load I cannot see the route, this only happens from my PC and any other PC i have tried and with any browser IE, Firefox, Chrome,.... BTW it all works fine from my Droid Razr phone
View 15 Replies View RelatedIve tried a dozen times to submit a repair request and each time the operation stops after I select my device and your page stays blank. I submit my serial number and it looks up the device, finds it and I continue. Then I add my narrative and it asks me to pick my device. I select motoactv and at bottom of screen it has the little continue button. I press that and the screen stays white and wont let me continue the process. This is getting VERY ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING. Ive tried on 3 different computers on 3 different networks on 2 different browsers over a dozen times and I CANNOT submit my device for repair.

View 6 Replies View RelatedUsing my Garmin 305 I can glance at the watch at anytime (assuming it has found satellites) and see my current pace.How do i see my pace on my MOTOACTV without having to go though the process of starting a workout session?How on earth the Motorola QA department allowed the watch and web site to be released to the public in its initial state amazes me. (I am a software developer for a large company so do have some experience) even with the software fixes there are still a number of areas where the watch and site are poor. View 9 Replies View Relatedi just got my blackberry a few days back on a plan with vigin media with unlimited internet it was working fine until a few days back where whenever i clicked the browser it would say "there is insufficient network coverage to process your request. please try again." i do not understand why this is happening as it was working a few days back i have tried a few battery pulls but it has still not worked for me. I have even switched my phone on and off and turned all connections of and restored them. I really do not know what to do as i can know longer browse the web or recieve emails. In the top right corner it says "gprs" and even when i have full bars the connection does not work. I have called customer services and they have failed to help me so far any help appreciated..

Is anyone else having this problem? I do have 2 (multiple) Coporate Sync accounts setup where I am syncing calendar and email etc. I have not attempted to see if having one would make it possible. I can't accept the invite from the calendar nor from the email.

Please try again" and has a force close button.Hitting the Force Close causes the message to re-appear.Powering off and back on again, causes the message to re-appear.Is there a way to reset the device using the buttons (I have no menus, navigation or anything other than the message above so cant go to the config to do a factory reset).
View 2 Replies View RelatedAnyone getting the error, "The process xxxx has stopped unexpectedly" with one button that says "forced close"? If so what can be done to prevent it. I was at the end of my run yesterday and stopped my run on the Motoactv. When I clicked the button to stop the run, the error popped up. When I clicked the "forced close" button, I lost my entire run. The run can no longer be seen in my recent workout list. It was disappointing to loose the data. I was not running any music when this happened. I was only using the exercise mode at the time. My software version is 1.7.2 N8. I would suggest that the watch needs an option to make incremental saves automatically every lap. That way if the watch does crash or the watch is accidentally turned off, the entire workout is not lost.

View 1 Replies View RelatedSince getting the Atrix2 I have had no software issues or Forced Closes.This evening I woke the phone up, slid the Lock Bar to the right and here is what I get:The process com.motorola.process.system has stopped unexpectedly, Please try again,Force Close.Once I push "Force Close I can get the phone to function, however the same screen keeps coming up at random, also each time i slide the Lock Bar, I get the window or warning immediately.It happens consistently when the screen times out and you use the lock bar, slid to the right, and you instantly get the warning screen.I have also tried a few of the programs and when you access them i get the warning window. Anyone have any ideas as to what exactly is going on? No Downloads done today, just email, plume and some music.Ive done several Power Off/on cycles, It doesnt seem to want to go away?

It just says 'unable to process request'. Device synced fine Sunday, but not today. First elevation issue, not I can't even sync my workouts or view them.

I have recently purchased a motoactv which works great, but when I try and connect it to a computer it doesn't connect properly. The initial connection via usb managed to install the USB Composite Device driver, but failed to install the Motorola Networking Interface and the Motorola ADB Interface. Nothing else happens. Whenever I connect or disconnect I do get the notification sound, but again nothing else. It does not even appear in my computer. I tried system restore to a previous point to remove the drivers and try again, but on the initial connection of the device exactly the same thing happened again. I have tried installing motocast but have had no results with that either.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm unable to download maps to my Motoactv device. When I click on a particular map on the maps screen, all I get is garbled data (presumably raw image files?). This seems to be the case for any map I select. I've tried right-clicking and saving the map files, however it saves them as *.htm files, which is presumably the wrong format for the device.I'm using IE9 on Windows 7 64-bit.

The ability to answer calls during runs was one of the primary reasons I went with this watch. I had since changed my phone as well to take advantage of it. When I connect to the system and check for latest software, motocast always report back saying there is not new files to update. May I know how to upgrade to the latest firmware?

Two of them are gray on my device "file type not supported" (they are both mp3s, same as the episodes I've listened to) The last time I attempted to sync, inexplicably it REMOVED all of the podcast episodes from my device, when I was trying to ADD several new ones.
