how to Delete a incorrect weight value from MotoActv.com, 2) Lock in default metrics (i.e. MPH + Heart Rate as opposed to Pace & always show "non-active days"), 3) Identify how many "real world" laps I've performed in a specific run (aka passing the same point in a 0.65 mile circle around the block), 4) Is there a way to log a "heart rate only" workout (i.e. if I lift weight, play tennis, go boxing, use a row machine or any other non-standard workout ... ideally I'd like to be able to name said workouts as well but, 5) Is there a way to quickly see what song is currently playing on a run (technically I can always go to MotoActv.com after a run to see what songs I didn't like / skipped past and will ultimately remove from my playlist. but it's always nice to see what's playing at that time

As soon as I switch to another screen and go back it automatically resets to 200.6 lbs. I've never entered that weight on the device or online. Also, my height measurement in the online settings gets reset, but not on the watch.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy weight training workouts are not showing up in most areas of the motoactv site. I can see them if I click on the dates I did them on the calendar at the top of the page, but nowhere else. In overall tracking or the "Last Workout" section of the main page, they never appear. Also, on the Calendar at the top it will show 2 weight training workouts on saturday, even though they were a week apart. The other type of new workout from the latest update that I've used, aerobics, does show up normally. I've attached an image to help make this more clear.

I'm cross-training 3 days a week and want to be able to enter a workout I did without wearing the Motoactv.
Just recently purchased the MotoActv heart rate monitor - but I am having a bit of an issue.
I have a personal trainer, and I came to find that when I work out with her I am forced to use one of the options that is pre-set of the watch already, because there is no "weight lifting" option set. The default settings on the watch right now are mainly cardio options, including Stairs, eliptical, walking, running, jogging, etc. When I weight train with my trainer, I always just set it to the running option, but my calories are way off.
if there is a way to set a Weight lifting option to the watch?
Ive tried a dozen times to submit a repair request and each time the operation stops after I select my device and your page stays blank. I submit my serial number and it looks up the device, finds it and I continue. Then I add my narrative and it asks me to pick my device. I select motoactv and at bottom of screen it has the little continue button. I press that and the screen stays white and wont let me continue the process. This is getting VERY ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING. Ive tried on 3 different computers on 3 different networks on 2 different browsers over a dozen times and I CANNOT submit my device for repair.

For about 5 days now I just randomly lose my 3g signal. I cant get phone calls, texts, or anyother notification on my phone. I have to turn the phone off and then back on so that I can make a call. Also, sometimes when placing a call my phone just turns itself off. What is going on? I reset the phone to factory settings and still am having problems.

But the thing that is driving me nuts is the music. When I hit random shuffle of all my songs, I hear songs I don't want to hear... song that I do not own on my computer. Where are these songs coming from? Today I heard "Boot Scoot Boogie!" I abhore country music as does my wife. Doing a computer wide search shows no evidence that the song exists on my computer. Yet there it is playing in mile four. Other mystery songs have showed up too. The performance music playlist seems to be filled with songs I never heard of, yet evidently I perform well to them.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have two Droid Pros. Overall I'm relatively happy with the phone minus a couple nagging problems. I have noticed some of them being fixed with the two updates I've experienced.The single most annoything aspect of this phone, however, seems to have gone uncorrected, yet it's a simple fix. The fact that the keyboard is too close to the soft keys.When typing an email or text, it's not uncommon for my thumb or finger to accidentally it one of the soft keys (such as the home key). Obviously, at that point it immediately jumps to the home screen. Thankfully my message isn't lost. However, why not merely add a verifcation dialog if any of those keys are hit during a keyboard input operation? This seems like a very obvious and simple fix...and I know there are lots of compaints about this keyboard on Android forums, etc.
View 1 Replies View Relatedalmost since day one, i have not really had the pleasure of enjoying what 4g signal is really like. i'm in chicago, and when ever i'm either downloading music or streaming video (netflix, Internet) or downloading anything that requires data, the phone completely loses the 4g connection and takes at times up to 5 minutes for the signal to come back. if i keep the phone on 3g only it does not happen, but that defeats the whole purpose of having a 4g device. the "data saver" in settings is off.

Sometimes ( not always or consistently) when I am done listening to radio I lose my volume controls. I exit the app and my volume controls on the side of the phone no longer work for some reason? I have tried to end the FM radio tasks with no success. The only way I have found to get my volume controls back is to power down the phone and reboot it. The phone has been factory reset, and it has been replaced and I still have the same issue.

Any chance the moderators here can set up a sticky on the forum with an official FAQ on the problem, possible fixes (tried, proven or otherwise) and, most importantly, any feedback on when Motorola and its new Google masters will, as some say, send out a software fix OTA?
Would also love to see any official Motorola or Sprint comments on this issue posted on the sticky as well, so we can separate the official company line from rumor.
I really like this phone, but this calling audio bug is unacceptable and I will return it and spurn any Motorola devices from here out unless the companies provide some concrete feedback on what they're doing to correct this issue and a timetable for when they will take action to do so.
I understand that your hands are loosely tied as Honeycomb is a Google OS and as such updates need to come from them.However, your competitors appear to have been able to launch with things like SD card suppor and there is still no communication about when this will occur.I am not demmanding an update NOW! Just some level of communication on the progress/eta/time-line on when there will be an update to enable all the hardware to function.I also have a number of things I would like to discuss regarding the OS itself but lets first of all see if you can at least communicate with us on the most basic level?

View 8 Replies View RelatedSince the recent update to Market I lose my data connection every time I go to "My Apps" to check for updates. The H+, up/down arrows and signal bars on the notification bar change color from blue-green to black and the data connection is broken. Other apps say "no network connection." Cycling power corrects. Have not experienced this problem with WiFi (only one attempt to date).
