I have the MOTOACTV for 3 months, and the "back key" was not operating correctly.Even i am inside, i warm my fingers, ...It works maybe 1/30 times.It is very ennoying, i need to turn off the watch

Moto Photon is my phone All it keep saying is please wait,synchroniation in progress. I call customer service and they told me to reset my phone did that and reinstall the app but still no dice . Customer service said that the app feature for the phone was only available the razr and razr maxx. Did a google search but i'm still lead back here. I can receive text messages and email calls on my motoactv but I'm unable to recieve my fitness info on my phone.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI just tried to sync with my computer (Windows 7 with full admin rights) and after installing and attempting to sync for to iTunes the first time I recieved aMML has stopped working error that forced the shut down of the application and would not let me open it back up again.To troubleshoot I've tried:1) reseting MotoActv to factory settings4) rebooting again5) reconnecting/reinstalling MotoCastUnfortunatly after all of the above the application continues not to work / fails with the same error every time I try to open it (not even making it to the sync page anymore) making the MotoActv essentially unusable since it won't sync workouts or download music.

It shows I have 0% Intermediate and Vigorous activity, which has to be off based on my previous workouts. I also have worked out mutiple times this week, so I am nopt sure why it always shows 0 out of 4.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI purchased the ACTV last week and havent been able to see my HR in any of my runs... Its currently showing the following info, HEART RATE MONITOR 33366 ANT+, when i click on the sensor it sats sensor paired but not connected. Am currently wearing the hr strap and its not working. It works right away on my edge 500 if I turn it on, so I know the HR strap works.What can I do... I need the HR data on my runs, if I cant get it working, I have no use for the ACTV?
View 14 Replies View RelatedWhen I run, the coach tells me that I have reached a mile and that that I ran it in 12 minutes and my average pace was 12 minutes... that makes sense (and yes I know I am slow ). However, when I reach mile 2, it tells me I ran it in 11 minutes and that my average pace was 11 minutes.I expected it to say average page 11.50 miles per hour so I can try and improve my average pace over the course of my run.

I could be wrong but to me it seems like they're just not working.In the Pace Zone settings the lower and upper limits are all set to meaningless values and I've tried a number of times to set them manually with no luck. Then the Power Zones Templates are completely blank and I am unable to set anything at all.

I noticed yesturday that i can receive phone calls through my motoactv using the bluetooth connection and also using the regular red headphones that come with the device. all seems well till i receive a call.I can receive calls, the mike feature works so the other person can hear me. But i cannot hear the other person at all.I currently own an HTC EVO 3D droid phone.

When you are in a forum posting how do you get back to the home screen that shows all of the messages? I've tried pressing in the title line at the top but that doesn't do anything. The actions button only has a option to report spam. The only way I've figured out is to use the back button over and over till I get home or use the favorites button to get to the home screen. It works ok on my desktop but not on the xoom. I'm using the stock browser and with the previous version of the site there was always a link at the top to return home?

I want to return to the original Photon Launcher and get rid of Go Launcher EX. Go Launcher EX took over without asking if I wanted to use it over my stock launcher. Now this Go Launcher EX is a non-removable program.
View 3 Replies View RelatedBecause of a number of unpleasant changes in behavior in my Atrix over the past few weeks, I decided to perform another factory reset, clearing all internal storage and starting from scratch - this is the 6th one of these I have performed since the GB update. For whatever reason, after this reset the e-mail "postage stamp" icon that had mysteriously turned gray after the GB update and remained gray in the subsequent 5 resets has turned back to red. I didn't change my Motoblur account, use a different e-mail account, or do anything consciously different. This behavior reminds me of how much more difficult it is to engineer software than virtually any other manufacturing discipline. It is impossible to test every combination of conditions through which a piece of software must behave correctly (or at least not catastrophically). I am curious to see what other behaviors may improve or decline after this reset.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI've owned the MotoActv for two month, I got the mysterious "moisture issues" that everyone seems to be getting even though I've never used it in the rain. But the thing that is driving me nuts is the music. When I hit random shuffle of all my songs, I hear songs I don't want to hear... song that I do not own on my computer. Where are these songs coming from? Today I heard "Boot Scoot Boogie!" I abhore country music as does my wife. Doing a computer wide search shows no evidence that the song exists on my computer. Yet there it is playing in mile four. Other mystery songs have showed up too. The performance music playlist seems to be filled with songs I never heard of, yet evidently I perform well to them.

By crashing I mean that you return from the camera, online, text message, or whatever and your homescreen has to rebuild itself. Mine is doing it more than its not and was wondering if its an app i have installed or do others crash too?

But after screen shuts off for about a minute turn phone back on and is at blue screen. like screen behind making a call. return button does not clear it but home button does until phone screen times out then it does same thing again. Have to turn phone off and back on to get back to home screen working normal Using Go Launcher-Ex .Uninstalled and went back to stock launcher Still doing same thing.
