Motorola :: Return To Xoom Home On Forum?

Seems like such a stupid question but I've finally given up and will show my lake of smarts. When you are in a forum posting how do you get back to the home screen that shows all of the messages? I've tried pressing in the title line at the top but that doesn't do anything. The actions button only has a option to report spam. The only way I've figured out is to use the back button over and over till I get home or use the favorites button to get to the home screen. It works ok on my desktop but not on the xoom. I'm using the stock browser and with the previous version of the site there was always a link at the top to return home?

is there a way to set up email preferences for this forum to recieve a weekly digest? i'd like to keep up with discussions here but don't like the many daily, single emails that come through.

Of the 4 keys in the botttom of mobile, the menu key and search key are bright as usual, but the middle two keys suddenly became dim..

If i get a phone call or use dialer or contacts at end of call screen returns to home screen. But after screen shuts off for about a minute turn phone back on and is at blue screen. like screen behind making a call. return button does not clear it but home button does until phone screen times out then it does same thing again. Have to turn phone off and back on to get back to home screen working normal Using Go Launcher-Ex .Uninstalled and went back to stock launcher Still doing same thing.

I have a Z3 Dual, all of my screen is responding perfectly to touch however the return, home and close app button are all unresponsive and only work after several touches, i have reset the phone and still no luck.

i've had my S2 for about a month now and have noticed over the last week , how slow it is to return to the home page. This is returning from anything whether that be from an application or messaging or just going into the settings. I've timed it today and it takes 7 seconds to return. It doesnt matter whether i use the home button or use the back button , it still takes ages. When moving between other screens, the phone is its normal fast speed its just when it returns back to the home page.

At home, I have my xoom set to automatically connect to my home WiFi network. But, recently, my xoom constantly disconnects from the WiFi. For example, when I open Google Talk, the application is disconnected and must reconnect...every time I open it up. Plus the WiFi icon at the bottom of the Xoom will go from blue color to white color automatically. I even have the setting checked to stay connected to this WiFi network when in range.

Is this a bug in the OS? Is this a common issue and is Apple going to update their OS to fix this? I have tried restarting the phone and deleting the last app downloaded just in case but still automatically going to homescreen with any app. It seems to be an OS issue but not sure.

I have a 6 week old ZOOM WiFi which in the last week has started to endlessly reboot when attempting to connect to my home network. It stops rebooting when Wi-Fi is turned off. When WiFi is turned back on, the rebooting starts again. Before I realised what was causing the reboot, I restored it to factory settings, and this seemed to work for a few days. No apps have been downloaded since then. I have tried a soft reboot without success.

Maybe I overlooked some simple setting...is there any way to have the newest posts appear at the top of the list rather than having to go to the very last page to see anything new?Edit: Sorry, I didn't mean the top level listing of posts, that is already sorted with newest on top. I meant within the thread of a post.

It does nothing but provide an embarrassment to Motorola by the problems and issues posted and Motorola refusing to address any of them. It would be way better for Motorola for them to close this forum.

I recall being able to browse this forum from my bionic, although I may be mistaken. In any case neither the standard bionic browser nor Opera Mobile allows me to browse this forum. I am using the lapdock

I stopped receiving email notifications from the forum. I was getting so many a day and now not one. I thought they finally did shut down the forum haha,but see there are still numerous posts here. Anyone else have this happen? Any suggestions? I have not changed anything on my phone and the website shows me still receiving them.

I have to log in twice to get the this forum when clicking on a link in my email to a posted question.Once at main Motorola page then at forums page. (both share same login name & password.)Many times clicking on the link in email (mostly long ones) I go to an error page and end up digging up the post myself.Many times when I post a comment, the wait time between clicking to submit the post and the time it posts and releases the page is quite long.I use either stock browser or Chrome 3g or wifi all combos have the issues.I am wondering where I can find high usage times on the forum [ EST ] to see if some of this is due to my being on during high usage times.

Is there a way to make the new forum format remember my default settings? It seems, on no what computer or device I use, the forums can not remember the setting to sort the posts by latest activity.

I have a Torch 9800 and recently when I try to hang up, a prompt appears that says, "Continue call and return to home screen", yes or cancel. I can not hang up my phone, I have to remove the battery to hang up, esp if the call goes to a voicemail box.
