Is there a way to make the new forum format remember my default settings? It seems, on no what computer or device I use, the forums can not remember the setting to sort the posts by latest activity.
View 5 RepliesIdeally, any time I make or receive a call I'd like for the screen to be automatically turned off as if I always immediately hit the "screen on/off" button once the call was active.
To describe in more detail: I want the screen to turn off independent of how close it is to my ear. If I want the screen on, I want to have to hit the "screen on" button. This would prevent me from ever accidentally hitting screen buttons when I position the phone on my collar during calls as opposed to holding it against my head.
Is there a way to make the list of forum topics default to sort by last activity? I can't find this in the settings.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI seem to recall on my D2G that there was a setting in either Sounds or the Phone settings that would allow you to set a default in call volume. I can't seem to find that on the D4 and it would nice to have as the phone's default in call volume seems to be 100% which leads me to be continually turning down the volume on every call.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI thought I was imagining this for a while but I can confirm for sure that my Photon loses track of the default number for a contact.
I wernt throught the 5 people in my dialer favorites and selected the default number i.e. work/mobile for each one. Now none of them have a default number selected. Is anyone else experiencing this? It drives me nuts. I have not been able to determine if it is my travel outside of the US and switching numbers that causes it or not. Either way I would not expect that to change my default selections.
I recall being able to browse this forum from my bionic, although I may be mistaken. In any case neither the standard bionic browser nor Opera Mobile allows me to browse this forum. I am using the lapdock
Is there some app I can use to browse this forum, without resorting to the lapdock?
I stopped receiving email notifications from the forum. I was getting so many a day and now not one. I thought they finally did shut down the forum haha,but see there are still numerous posts here. Anyone else have this happen? Any suggestions? I have not changed anything on my phone and the website shows me still receiving them.

(both share same login name & password.)Many times clicking on the link in email (mostly long ones) I go to an error page and end up digging up the post myself.Many times when I post a comment, the wait time between clicking to submit the post and the time it posts and releases the page is quite long.I use either stock browser or Chrome 3g or wifi all combos have the issues.I am wondering where I can find high usage times on the forum [ EST ] to see if some of this is due to my being on during high usage times.

(don't ask) Now I want to consider a Droid 4, but I can't remember if the RAZR had a notification LED for missed calls & messages but the real question is does the Droid 4 have a notification LED? This is important to me, as I need to keep my phone on silent a lot of the time, and the flashing LED is about the only way I know if I've missed a call (without waking the screen.)

My home screen currenlty has a widget for my FB post, another widget for FB notifications, and another widget for my email and text messages. I would like to only use Handscent, but the only way I can do that now is to launch Handscent everytime. If i get a text and it pops up in my widget, it defaults to "text message" which is what came with the phone. Does anyone know a way to replace this with Handscent?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have the 200MB plan and use the internet when I am ONLY on WiFi networks. However, while exploring 2.2, I recall seeing a setting that, if the WiFi connection drops, the new setting stops the Bravo from using the 3G. If the Bravo changed over to 3G to maintain the internet connection (apparently the default setting), massive data charges would be incurred. I have tried to re-discover this setting but no success to date. Any way to use / change this "WiFi to 3G" setting?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have my atrix plugged into my car dock while driving and listening to music from it through the aux input on my stereo (through the charge lead) but when every I make or answer a call while driving, the sound defaults to the speaker on the phone and nothing can be heard. I have to press the "Speaker" button on the screen and then i can hear the person on the call without issue.

All but the first few frames were not usable, but it was over 3 minutes before I realized what happened. Now I have this long video and I want to extract a still image from the first few seconds of the overall clip. How do I do this? I tried uploaded the file to my computer (running Windows XP SP3) but I don't have any s/w that will edit the file that was in .3gp format.
I guess there's no way to edit the clip on the camera? Assuming not, how to edit that format?
Every time I take a photo in portrait mode and then upload to email, text or face book, the photo is automatically sent out in landscape format. How do I have the phone send the photo out the way I took it.

None of these are able to pull the pictures from the phone, and it is station that the jpeg format is invalid? View 3 Replies View Relatedam trying to fully clean up my phone for the next potential owner by doing a cache wipe, wiping all data from the phone and doing an SD card format.I had no problems getting into the recovery console and doing the cache & data wipe, but every time I go into settings/storage (in the normal phone powered up mode), the option to format the SD card is greyed out? I was able to connect the DX in PC mode to my computer and manually delete the items on it, but I wanted to do a clean format.

When I try to text him now the text keeps trying to send it as an iMessage and then converts to a text but sometimes this conversion is slow and the text will go out 5-10 minutes later. Is there any way I can set texts to him to default to text format? My phone doesn't seem to be understanding that the recipient no longer has an iphone.

I have the international version of Galaxy S2. I go into phone to display the log and I pick any of the settings, ie all calls, missed calls, etc. It displays the right information but when I exit and get back to it, it doesn't remember the settings, it goes back to ALL.

scroll down a little bit and then open one app then if we go back then the list of apps comes from top. We have to scroll down again if we want to go into the same app or other app
And when ever we click on back we have to scroll again and again.Â
