I stopped receiving email notifications from the forum. I was getting so many a day and now not one. I thought they finally did shut down the forum haha,but see there are still numerous posts here. Anyone else have this happen? Any suggestions? I have not changed anything on my phone and the website shows me still receiving them.

View 6 Replies View RelatedRight after the ICS update to my D4, my IMAP email stopped receiving emails. I kept getting an error saying "username or password incorrect." I tried rebooting the phone and deleting/recreating the email account but I still get the same message. I didn't change the password to my email account in the 30-40 minutes it took to update my phone.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have to log in twice to get the this forum when clicking on a link in my email to a posted question.Once at main Motorola page then at forums page. (both share same login name & password.)Many times clicking on the link in email (mostly long ones) I go to an error page and end up digging up the post myself.Many times when I post a comment, the wait time between clicking to submit the post and the time it posts and releases the page is quite long.I use either stock browser or Chrome 3g or wifi all combos have the issues.I am wondering where I can find high usage times on the forum [ EST ] to see if some of this is due to my being on during high usage times.

View 3 Replies View RelatedSeems like such a stupid question but I've finally given up and will show my lake of smarts. When you are in a forum posting how do you get back to the home screen that shows all of the messages? I've tried pressing in the title line at the top but that doesn't do anything. The actions button only has a option to report spam. The only way I've figured out is to use the back button over and over till I get home or use the favorites button to get to the home screen. It works ok on my desktop but not on the xoom. I'm using the stock browser and with the previous version of the site there was always a link at the top to return home?

View 1 Replies View RelatedUnfortunately, now it won't turn on. It gets as far as checking SD card, then the screen shuts off and won't come back on. I tried going into safe mode but there it just hangs on the Droid Eye screen and never gets past it. I tried clearing the cache to see if something had gone wrong there, and the problem persists. Am I right to assume this is merely an SD Card corruption issue?
I don't have another SD Card handy at the moment, and probably won't until I get home tonight
I have noticed that on my Droid2, I don't always get my emails from my second account (not the gmail account). I have the incoming and outgoing servers set up correctly (GoDaddy gave me the info). For instance, I will get one email while I am at lunch but when I get back to my desk top computor at work I'll see that I have more emails sitting there that didn't come through on my phone.

The phone ringer stopped working and I have to completely shut off the phone and turn it back on to get it to work, but then it will randomly stop working again. Also, the camera will take a picture but when you go to the gallery the picture is not there and it just shows a generic icon. I've done a factory reset on the phone twice and the issues keep coming back.
View 9 Replies View RelatedEvery time I connect my phone to the original USB cable the Motocast USB program starts running and then it says please wait while Motocast USB loads your content, and finally the MML has stopped working window pops up with the only option to close the program. I have uninstalled the program and re-installed a new version of it, but that doesn't seem to work. I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I have downloaded a patch that I replaced, even though when I tried to replace it the computer told me I required administrator authorization. However when I proceeded with this action it seems to have replaced the old one with the new one.I have no idea what to do, nor know where to find the problem in writing to post somewhere. My computer knowledge is very limited.

I know all my settings are correct. It isnt that a password was changed. With the same settings I am still able to sync the email on my Xoom. So I dont know why it wont work on my phone.
Ive tried deleted the whole account and re-adding it. When I put everything in, it acts like all is well, no errors. But when I go to the email and hit refresh I just keep getting the 'Connection error'?
I saw this app called Analytics Viewer running on my Razr. What is this app? Is it something Motorola put in? The permissions are extensive. It cannot be uninstalled or force stopped.

I keep getting emailed responses to a discussion I replied to, even though I've turned off "Automatically receive notifications for all discussions I reply to:" in my email preferences. I've private messaged two forum mods for help but they haven't responded, so I'll have to post this publicly. I'm getting about a dozen of these unwanted emails daily, and have run out of options for turning them off.
