Motorola Droid Turbo :: Unfortunately Email Has Stopped Working
Apr 18, 2015My phone started having this pop up on the screen. I have to push "ok" to get it to close. It even pops up at night when my "night clock" is on - blocking out the time on the screen.

Aug 11, 2015A while back, I downloaded Google Calendar 5.2. That obviously created duplicate calendars (stock and 5.2). Any reminder or event added to the newer calendar showed up on the older one. I took it into the Verizon store and they told me I was covered under the warranty but that I wouldn't be able to recover my data because I have a password on my phone. Motorola Droid Turbo :: Calendar Provides Notifications For Events Despite Turning Them Off In Settings
Aug 5, 2015This may or may not be a Turbo-only issue, same qualifier for Lollipop as well. But, it is noticed, so I ask.
When I put an event on the stock Google Calendar, I specifically have my settings to say NO notifications. I look at the event when created and it has NO notifications. Yet 10 minutes before the event like clockwork, boom, notification.
I'm going to go into the desktop version of Calendar and see what I can do there, but this notification stuff is annoying.
Motorola Droid Turbo :: How To Recover Calendar Events Deleted On Refresh
Dec 16, 2015I opened the calendar shortcut from the circle time widget on the home screen of the droid turbo. While the calendar was opened, I hit the refresh button and now all of my events have disappeared! Everything-past,present,future gone. "Refresh" doesn't mean "delete" so I'm not sure what happened here but I had TONS of info in that calendar. How to recover the events?

Jan 27, 2015So I noticed that my moto action (approach) stopped working on my phone.
I know some people hate this feature because it seems to wake up the phone unnecessarily, but in terms of impact to battery it's minuscule to none.
I actually like this feature because using the power button to wake up the phone seems rather inconvenient after having gotten used to the approach feature.
The problem is that it suddenly stopped working for me. I know that people are going to ask if I enabled this in the moto actions menu, it's definitely turned on. I rebooted the phone several times with it on and off. None of those measures have worked.

Jul 9, 2015Prior to the lollipop update everything was working fine. Now if I am listening to something on the Audible app or Pocketcast app the Google Maps voice will not break in with directions. There will just be a brief silence where it is trying to speak but no actual voice. If I pause the book or music the maps voice works. If I turn the Bluetooth on the phone off the voice breaks through just fine on the phone speaker. It's very frustrating.

Dec 7, 2015I have a Droid Turbo. Sometime today the little microphone button on my home page has stopped working when pressed. It only happens on my homepages on the phone, so if I tap on Google and bring up the browser page or then I can tap on the microphone and talk.
If I'm on the Home Screen; however, I can press it again and again and it is totally unresponsive. I have tried:
-turning the phone off and on again,
- going onto home-screen settings and turning google search on and off
- downloaded a anti-virus program suggested by a friend with the same phone and done searches.
This may seem like a rather small issue, but I use that microphone button a lot when using my phone.

Jul 1, 2015I have my phone set to respond to "OK Google Now". When I am not connected to Bluetooth, this works great. When connected to BT, the Moto Voice Blue "Listening" window pops up, then minimizes/closes after 1 second. This did not happen with KitKat.

The phone ringer stopped working and I have to completely shut off the phone and turn it back on to get it to work, but then it will randomly stop working again. I have downloaded a patch that I replaced, even though when I tried to replace it the computer told me I required administrator authorization. However when I proceeded with this action it seems to have replaced the old one with the new one.I have no idea what to do, nor know where to find the problem in writing to post somewhere. My computer knowledge is very limited.

Jul 16, 2011I have been using corporate sync on my phone for months and it worked great. Just this thursday it stopped working. Im getting an error message that says Connection error.
I know all my settings are correct. It isnt that a password was changed. With the same settings I am still able to sync the email on my Xoom. So I dont know why it wont work on my phone.

Mar 14, 2015More recently, my droid turbo has been turning rainbow colors instead of black with the time when it's charging. If I press the lock button myself, the phone will lock and stay black with the time. If I unlock my phone and let it be, it'll turn to the rainbow colors. I have my phone on the turbo charger when this happens!
