Motorola Motoactv :: Garmin ANT+ HR Strap Not Working With ACTV?

I purchased the ACTV last week and havent been able to see my HR in any of my runs... Its currently showing the following info, HEART RATE MONITOR 33366 ANT+, when i click on the sensor it sats sensor paired but not connected. Am currently wearing the hr strap and its not working. It works right away on my edge 500 if I turn it on, so I know the HR strap works.What can I do... I need the HR data on my runs, if I cant get it working, I have no use for the ACTV?

Got one today and it doesnt want to pair with my unit. A friend of mine has an 8 gig unit and the same HRM strap and its working fine.I ask because we all know that the 16Gb and the 8GB units are not really the same thing...(different firmware)

While trying to remove the Motoactv from the wrist strap the screen went to some sort of boot screen listing the version and something about plug in with usb cable. I am always careful not to push on the buttons when removing the unit from any of the mounts. It would not respond to anything I did. I even tried plugging it into the computer via usb. Nothing! Finally I just held down all the buttons until it turned off. When I powered it back up everything seemed to work correctly.How did this short happen and how do I get my watch out of the wrist strap?

I want to get a heart rate monitor strap to go with my Motoactv, which I love by the way. I went to the Motoactv site and to Amazon to get a Moroactve heart rate strap and they are out of stock. What should I do? Buy a Garman Ant+ HRM strap?Wait for a Motoactv HRM strap Or maybe sometime in the future we might actually be able to get the SF700 again?

My MA is stuck in the wrist strap. I have taken it out many time before with out much force but this time it is really stuck. Maybe sweat got into it then dried. Not sure.

I got a Motoactv 16Gb (software version is MA 1.7.10 N16) and is been impossible to connect with a Garmin Premium Heart Rate Monitor (010-10997-02). I had tried everything from Motoactv factory reset to wet the HRM. Until now nothing work and still waiting to use my Motoactv. From this Forum I had read some comments on great connectivity between motoactv and this HRM.

i bought my E72, 3 month ago and the big problem is garmin not working well on E72 then my E71 that i let go to my friend. when open the app it will hang or return to desktop when you start to navigate. Nokia Ovi map no problem. Anybody face the same problem? Please help. Thanks.

Just installed the Motoactv, all OK except for the FM, it doesnt work at all, earphone connected, it senses the connection since it report no signal when I take it out, but it cant find any stations

Few days ago I want try listen some music but it can not play! No reaction at all! Also FM radio, show "No Signal". I try reset factory and change the headphone but still have this problem.

I don't understand what is happening with the app but I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Moto Photon is my phone All it keep saying is please wait,synchroniation in progress. I call customer service and they told me to reset my phone did that and reinstall the app but still no dice . Customer service said that the app feature for the phone was only available the razr and razr maxx. Did a google search but i'm still lead back here. I can receive text messages and email calls on my motoactv but I'm unable to recieve my fitness info on my phone.

I have the MOTOACTV for 3 months, and the "back key" was not operating correctly.Even i am inside, i warm my fingers, ...It works maybe 1/30 times.It is very ennoying, i need to turn off the watch

I just tried to sync with my computer (Windows 7 with full admin rights) and after installing and attempting to sync for to iTunes the first time I recieved aMML has stopped working error that forced the shut down of the application and would not let me open it back up again.To troubleshoot I've tried:1) reseting MotoActv to factory settings4) rebooting again5) reconnecting/reinstalling MotoCastUnfortunatly after all of the above the application continues not to work / fails with the same error every time I try to open it (not even making it to the sync page anymore) making the MotoActv essentially unusable since it won't sync workouts or download music.

It always show that I have exercised 0 out of 4 days and wellness summary seems off as well. It shows I have 0% Intermediate and Vigorous activity, which has to be off based on my previous workouts. I also have worked out mutiple times this week, so I am nopt sure why it always shows 0 out of 4.

When I run, the coach tells me that I have reached a mile and that that I ran it in 12 minutes and my average pace was 12 minutes... that makes sense (and yes I know I am slow ). However, when I reach mile 2, it tells me I ran it in 11 minutes and that my average pace was 11 minutes.I expected it to say average page 11.50 miles per hour so I can try and improve my average pace over the course of my run.

I've had a MOTOACTIVE for about a month now and I still haven't gotten to grips with the Pace & Power Zone settings. I could be wrong but to me it seems like they're just not working.In the Pace Zone settings the lower and upper limits are all set to meaningless values and I've tried a number of times to set them manually with no luck. Then the Power Zones Templates are completely blank and I am unable to set anything at all.

The weight Goal section is not working correctly. The graph is stuck on week 8, even though I'm on week 13 it says. I updated my weight goals, but the graph never reset to the new start weight and target dates.

I just received my Motoactv today and just finished all the settings, etc. It works fine while I am just holding it or sitting it on the table.. But, When I place the motoactv in my Watch or clip the back button will not work, as soon as I remove it from the watch or clip the back button works..

One of the reasons why I bought the ACTV was to have the ability to receive calls through the motoactv. I noticed yesturday that i can receive phone calls through my motoactv using the bluetooth connection and also using the regular red headphones that come with the device. all seems well till i receive a call.I can receive calls, the mike feature works so the other person can hear me. But i cannot hear the other person at all.I currently own an HTC EVO 3D droid phone.

I've owned the MotoActv for two month, I got the mysterious "moisture issues" that everyone seems to be getting even though I've never used it in the rain. But the thing that is driving me nuts is the music. When I hit random shuffle of all my songs, I hear songs I don't want to hear... song that I do not own on my computer. Where are these songs coming from? Today I heard "Boot Scoot Boogie!" I abhore country music as does my wife. Doing a computer wide search shows no evidence that the song exists on my computer. Yet there it is playing in mile four. Other mystery songs have showed up too. The performance music playlist seems to be filled with songs I never heard of, yet evidently I perform well to them.
