i bought my E72, 3 month ago and the big problem is garmin not working well on E72 then my E71 that i let go to my friend. when open the app it will hang or return to desktop when you start to navigate. Nokia Ovi map no problem. Anybody face the same problem? Please help. Thanks.

Its currently showing the following info, HEART RATE MONITOR 33366 ANT+, when i click on the sensor it sats sensor paired but not connected. Am currently wearing the hr strap and its not working. It works right away on my edge 500 if I turn it on, so I know the HR strap works.What can I do... I need the HR data on my runs, if I cant get it working, I have no use for the ACTV?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have been using Nokia N8 for the past two months now and am fully satisfied from everything that Nokia has given in it as an Update or through Ovi Store or either way around.The problem I just faced now while installing Garmin Mobile XT 5.00.40 is that when I install it everything is smooth, but when I open the application the click to "I Agree" doesn't work but the other click of changing the Language works.
View 12 Replies View RelatedRecently purchsed my Nokia E72 about 1 month ago. Having purchased and installed Garmin XT for my mobile. The software works well but logs out after 10mins due to the Power Saver kicking in. Does anyone know how I can completely remove the Power Saver? the max time I can set it is only 90 seconds. This is driving me nuts as I really want my GPS to work as it should after 10mins. I have tried to put to backlight on when navigation but makes no difference because the Power Saver would just over ride it.

View 19 Replies View RelatedI have decided to install Garmin Mobile on my Nokia 5230. I have asked the official Garmin support for informations about Garmin Mobile and Symbiaa S60 v5. They answered that the last version of Garmin Mobile is v5.00.60 and in theory it should almost certain work with S60v5 operating system (the version v5.00.50 should too), but the product is discontinued so they are not 100% sure. They sent me a list where I can still buy Garmin Mobile but I am not sure to spend 100€ because I'm not totaly sure if this will work with Nokia 5230. There's lots of info about Garmin v5.00.40 and v5.00.50 working on Nokia 5800 but no info about Nokia 5230.Is there any Nokia 5230 user on this forum with Garmin Mobile installed? If yes which version of Garmin Mobile do you have?

I had tried everything from Motoactv factory reset to wet the HRM. Until now nothing work and still waiting to use my Motoactv. From this Forum I had read some comments on great connectivity between motoactv and this HRM.

Its RAM remains 80mb full even when no application running only 40-45mb is available. Sometimes its headphones' player buttons stop working and start working after restart.

Now after the update the Nokia Mail does not open anymore. When I push the Mail-button on my C3-00 it shows "opening mail" and then NOKIA "Loading Mail", the white screen with the yellow envelope. But then nothing happens anymore. The screen stays this way FOREVER. It does not freeze, I can exit the application YES/or NO.
I don't know if this topic was already discussed here. I didn't find it.If I have activate the fm-transmitter in my car and nokia maps is running as well, the output of the music comes over the radio, but the output voice of nokia maps comes over the phone. If any advise comes from nokia maps, the connections interrupt via fm-transmitter completly.During the time of the nokia maps advise both, music and nokia maps, sending the sound via phone. Is there any possibility to avoid that problem?

When it was working i had problem about imaging facebook photos. The photos that i click on were so blurry that i could not see it clearly. I had hope to see a fix about that problem but it was same until it stopped working.
the Nokia Social app in my Nokia 701 simply stopped working; tapping on the icon shows the "welcome to social" screen and then goes back to previous screen.I have uninstalled the app, restarted the phone and reinstalled it but the problem persists. I keep my phone software updated from time to time.

When I entered it, it just said "Service temporarily unavailable.lease try later". Same thing happened with Social. I hoped that this would get solved with symbian anna, but it didn't. Now, when i enter the app, only the loading screen appears, the one with welcome to ovi, an then nothing. It just exits the app. Note that I uninstalled and reinstalled these apps many, many times, but still, they do not work.

View 3 Replies View RelatedMy GPS is not working for E72. I can get my position but I think that is because of A-GPS enabled. I talked to customer care and they are saying "you must be in open space, no tall buildings etc" which is not practical. I tried for hours, it always says "waiting for GPS" but never gets any thing. It used to work earlier but then there was p problem [ no breathing light ] and I had to take it to serivce center, after that it never worked.

I've tried just about everything to get the GPS on my phone working, without success. Even had my phone in repair for 3 weeks, it worked after that. Using 'location' I could get a fix quite fast and pretty precise. But when I restored the data from my backup it stopped working again. After that I tried a hard reset, afterwards restoring my data by synching with Ovi Suite, it worked again. And after the update to Maps 3.03, it was gone again. Now I've been resetting it as if I have nothing better to do but nothing gets it working again. I have had it with this phone's GPS, it's clear that it's a pure software fault.

Once downloaded and installed, the problems begin. Emails fine they synchronise, however as soon as the agenda items, tasks and contacts should synchronise you get message "Exhange server system srroe, Try again later". In the log file it says HTTP 500 error, internal error. This problem is NOT there when you use MfE version 2.09.206. So why my not dear Nokia do you post a new version of MfE, letting customers believe they get version 3.0 which is not the case and it creates problems that do not exist with previous version 2.09.206.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI have a 5800 XpressMusic and recently bought an BH-503 Bluetooth headset. It paired easily with my 5800 and I have no problems connecting the headset to my 5800. The sound quality is good and I enjoy listening to music on the new headset. The mic, however, doesn't work when paired with my 5800. I can hear the other guy without any problems but he cannot hear me. I've tried calling all of my friends and they obviously use loads of different mobile phones and landline phones, the result is always the same. I've tried resetting the headset - to no avail. Removing it from my 5800's Bluetooth paired devices list, then adding it again - no help. To test the mic itself, I paired the headset with my PC (a Dell XPS M1530). It paired fine - and the mic works!
It's a bit on the quiet side but it works fine, I can chat on Skype and record voice on my PC. So obviously the problem is pairing the mic with my 5800. My 5800 recently came back from Nokia after some service (wouldn't switch on, now fixed) and has firmware v. 40.something (haven't got the phone at hand right now). I have beautiful sound in the headset, all the buttons work fine and I love the headset. Everything works when paired with my PC, it's just the mic not working with my 5800. FYI, I haven't tried the 5800 with other Bluetooth headsets. Maybe my 5800 has Bluetooth problems. I guess I could go back to the store where I bought the BH-503 and ask to borrow another Bluetooth headset to check if that fixes it.
bought nokia e71 and i wanna use pc suite with it , but somehow i cant , neither pc suite on cpu neither phone detetcs each other (though i can use mass storage , com port and web cam when i connect phone to pc via usb cable) but with those features working i dont have choise to use pc suite when i connect phone to pc and as i mentioned neither my pc detects phone.i tried reinstaling suite and everything about nokia from my cpu , tried installing older connectivity drivers for nokia and its still the same i have 3 features working but when it comes to pc suite it blows.
