May 3, 2011Just got the new OTA update,now my phone only displays the edge e symbol now,thought this was gonna help get faster 3g speeds.

Motorola Atrix 4G :: Messaging Widget Rarely/randomly Displays New Text Messages?
Aug 16, 2011It seems that the messaging widget rarely/randomly displays new text messages. This is after updating to build 4.5.91 through the SOAK testing. Is anybody else having these issues? It shows my corporate sync messages immediately and with no issues, but the SMS usually lag behind by a few minutes or never display in the widget at all.

Nov 2, 2011I have an Atrix that is working very well for me (i used blackberries, samsung window 7, other android phones and the Atrix is the best of the bunch). I have one annoying issue that I couldn't find at various forums and the moto customer support couln't help with. I have an audi s8 2007. The phone connects fine to the audi bluetooth but once the Atrix screen sleeps, the number of the signal bars displayed on the car's screen freezes. If I wake the Atrix screen the car screen immediately displays the correct signal bars but freezes again once the Atrix screen sleeps. I have tested that extensively and it is related to the Atrix screen sleeping. The car screen displays signal bars in areas where there is no signal and it will show one bar in areas where there is 5 bars. Any ideas on what setting on the phone may be affecting this.

Apr 20, 2011I have owned my Atrix for about 3 weeks and it constantly switches back and forth from 3G to EDGE, rinse and repeat. It does this about 30-40 times per day. I have a very strong 3G signal in my area and I notice that my Atrix does this MORE OFTEN than my iPhone 4.Also, I am dropping a lot of calls on the Atrix compared to the iPhone 4, which I was really surprised to see this happening. I do have all of the latest software updates installed on the Atrix.One more thing, I noticed that on AT&T you can't install from "Unknown" sources, hence I would like to take advantage of the daily specials on the Amazon android store and I am unable to do so without the option on the phone.

May 5, 2011i updated my atrix to 4.1.83 and after it installed fine now i no longer have H+ only E for internet speed. "AT&T US HSDPA" is selected. anyone having this problem? my speeds used to be about 2500kbps - 3300kbs now im at 60kbs. apparently 4.1.83 increases speed for others by slowing mine down.

Aug 22, 2015I got the galaxy s6 edge about 2 weeks ago, and noticed that when I tried to take pictures with my front camera the pictures look very weird. Like everything is too bright and my face looks like i have a ton of make up on or i have been airbrushed or something. It is just very weird. I have tried turning the beauty setting to zero and turning HDR off. Still has not fixed the problem.
The back camera does not have this issue, it takes nice pictures. Also, my s4 front camera did not do this, it was a very good front camera. So i feel like the s6 front camera is a downgrade, what happened?
Motorola Atrix 2 :: Screen Edge Inconsistency In Brightness?
Oct 27, 2011I just got my phone and am LOVING it. I was one of the iPhone users who was hoping/ready for a larger screen and when it didn't happen I decided to look for something new. Picked up the Atrix 2 last night after a TON of research and I'm loving everything except what seems to be a bit of a bright strip on the left lcd perimeter. It's very slight but seeing as the gorgeous screen was a big reason I went with the A2, it's bothering me. It's most noticable when the screen is locked and dimmer. Wondering if anyone else can notice this on their phone as I'm thinking of doing a swap at the AT&T store.

Mar 1, 2010My v9m no longer displays to the screen.. the phone works, the screen gets dim power but I can't see anything. I want to use MPT to pull the contacts and messages off of it, but I can't navigate to Tools->Bluetooth->Find Me in order for MPT to discover the phone because without the screen I don't know the exact menu order.Can someone with a Sprint v9m click through the menus and let me know the sequence of buttons to push to activate the Find Me ?

Jul 29, 2011url...My Xoom has done it again..I left it charging last night.When I took it off the charger this morning and pressed the power button, the screen would not turn on.Tried again to press power and still it wouldn't turn on the display.Only the notification light was blinking.So I was forced to hard reboot the device via Power and Vol+.When the device rebooted, the encryption unlock screen was displayed:Anyone have a clue how this would continue to occur? My device was not currently encrypted.I did encrypt it successfully once about a month or so ago, but didn't like the performance nor having to type my password each time to unlock the device. So I perfromed a Master Reset / Factory Data Reset.The device has been functioning fine up until today.

I don't seem to have a drain on the battery as a result, but I don't have a clue why it would show up like this.
