May 14, 2011I've never known a US Android user with a virus on their device so I am not certain about an antivirus being needed, but an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure and AVG doesn't affect the Atrix's performance much at all. I do use Lookout for malware and spyware protection. Am Igoing overboard?Paranoid Android here?

Sep 28, 2011I'm using CardioTrainer. Where I run I can't use GPS, so I use the pedometer feature. It works fine until the screen shuts off. Then the sensor that detects steps seems to also shutdown and stops counting my steps.

Apr 3, 2012This is a truly bizarre problem. Over the past few days, I am unable to download free apps. I touch the screen to install a free app, but the "accept and download" button does nothing when I touch it. However, I am able to purchase apps without any problem. My wife is having the same issue with her phone. Neither of us have installed any new apps lately, and I have tried an external hard reset with no success. This is incredibly annoying.

Sep 14, 2011url..Sprint is doing away with their Premiere Program (for Gold Members) and if you don't use it by Dec 31, you loose it. They also will only give you 14 days to try phones instead of 30, ETF's are now $350. Unlimited Data will soon be gone replaced by Data Caps and Bandwidth Throttling.What's funny is I just spoke with a Retentions Manager and he told me that the e-mail came out 30 minutes ago and how did I know about it already. I told him the Webz is a Blaze with the news already. They want to be Verizon and AT&T with lesser service (Data Speeds), their 3G is a Joke compared to the other 2 and 4G (WiMax) is no where near LTE. He claimed they will have LTE, but that will take forever and a day. I have had a Tower down by my house for 2 months now and need an Airwave just to get 3G service in my house.
This is what happens when you get the Darn iPhone. It's the Carrier Killer. They think their Crap does not stink now. I HATE the iPhone and wish it stayed far away from Sprint.Looks like the Bionic is in my near future. I just bought the Photon too. Guess I will eat the OLD ETF as I am still Grandfathered into that one and go with Verizon.
Motorola Motoactv :: Bootloader 03.14 Battery Low Cannot Program
Jun 11, 2012I am getting a bootloader 03.14 battery low error when I try and charge my watch.
I was using my watch as a timepiece and the battery ran out, that evening I tried to charge it using the mains adapter but a warning flashed up saying 'Bootloader 03.14 battery low cannot program'
When I try and charge it through the computers usb then only the white light near the usb turns on. this then goes off after a few minutes.
I have read that someone else had a similar error that they thought was something to do with water damage but this is not the case with my watch as it happened on a dry sunny day.
I have tried leaving it plugged in for 1hr to charge, still no luck. The only thing that happens is that the watch becomes hot.
There is no other sign of life to the watch apart from the error message and/or the white usb light.

Apr 19, 2012My MOTOACTV is acting very oddly. When I plug it into my PC the charge light comes on but will not connect to MOTOCAST and no icon pops up to say that it is plugged in. I do not currently have my initial charger but when I was on with support they asked me to plug it into my LG phone adapter. When I did this my MOTOACTV turned on, and said it was charging. However the display quickly went from 5% to 20% to 60% to 100% and then the light turns off and it doesn't start charging. When I plug it in via the other charger and hold all the other buttons it starts the Bootloader which says "Battery Low Cannot Program". I used it this past weekend and it must have lost its charge...
