I must have accidentially deleted my APP store on my I Phone, It's in the Settings though. How do I restore it? This has been bothersome for quite some time and i'm unable to transfer any new apps from I tunes onto my Phone. I've tried reading throught the user guide but it's not sinking in. I've reset my phone, done updates, etc.
I have an iPhone 5S, with iOS 8.1.2Â I am trying to do a system restore but the message I get on the desktop is that there is not enough room on the iPhone. How much room is required?Â
I had an important app. (Memos by bluemarblesoftware.com) that I accidentally deleted. It of course had many memos, some with quite a lot of information. I did sync my phone on a regular basis and I think the memos should be on the desktop computer. I tried to do a restore function but I got a message saying there was not enough room on the iPhone. How much room is needed?

I recently saw that the "Other" file on my iPhone 4 was getting past 3 gigs in size. I recalled reading recommendations here to do a restore on the phone to get this file back to a reasonable size, so I did that, and then after setting my iPhone completely back up, I synced it. The phone was showing me the "connect to iTunes" screen even after the restore was done and a sync had completed.
Now, all kinds of things are missing from my phone and did not show up after syncing (and multiple additional syncs)! All photos and videos are gone, all texting threads, all my alarms, my wallpaper settings, the organization of my apps/folders, my phone number "favorites"... AACK!! My songs and apps are there. I got my calendars and contacts back from iCloud, but so much other stuff is gone. I had given up on retrieving everything else, but now I feel compelled to ask for help. Am I wrong in expecting the restore & sync process to put my phone back to exactly it's condition at the time of a prior sync? How can I get all of these settings and data back? Is there a way I can sync from a specific date before I did the restore? I've never had these issues before.
I downloaded several songs last week on my iPhone. Before I could sync to my computer, I had to do a full restore on my phone and now the downloaded songs are missing. Is there a way to retrieve them?
What is the original 'restrictions passcode"? My camera, Safari and other apps are gone and I have been trying different passcodes but it does not work!!I called AT&T and they told me to restore the Iphone through Itunes but they still could not tell me if there is a specific passcode for the Restrictions.
Recently perfomed a system restore on my iphone 4s. Device backup date is March 17,2012 but for some reason the phone only shows messages from Oct 2011.
I was able to sync fine before I formatted my hard drive. Now, when I try to configure my sync settings, the, "Folder is missing..." error pops up when I click Finish (the last step). This happens for every setting I try, calendar, address book, memos, tasks. It seems that this is quite the problem, many threads with this question, but no clear answers. Can anyone walk me/us through a solution for this problem?
When I upgraded my desktop software it found a software upgrade for my phone, when that was done my BBM is missing from my phone. I restored a backup file to the phone but BBM is still gone. How can I get this back?
I upgraded Messenger and now there is no icon on my desktop or anywhere in my list of icons. The program is functional. I can receive IMs. I just can't initiate any because I have no icon.
I have a Canadian Rogers Torch 9180, software 7.0.0.254, platfirn 5.0.0.451, available KB 167173.The phone is activated on our cloud Blackberry Administration Service with Exchange 365 and for some reason the CICAL service book is missing on the device so any calendar invites are blank. I have followed BB article KB10594 and on the BAS tried resending the service books. On the device properties it does say that the last transaction was delievered and nothing I can see has failed. Obviously since the CICAL book is missing I am unable to delete and undelete it as per the KB article.
We only have one default IT policy and others are on it without any issues. And yes I have double checked that nothing is disabled in the PIM sync in the policy. We do not have any Groups setup, everyone is under the default group. Not using any other calendar apps on the phone. In the BAS it does say that the Wireless calendar is Disabled but there's no way I can see in the BAS to enable the calendar.
I have the Blackberry curve 8520. I have just updated the software version from V4.2 to V5.2.I now have no icon on the desktop to lock the keypad.Even when i use * and Enter key it does not take the command.
My phone went missing and I decided to get something different. Is there any way to get the phone numbers and anything else that is in my last sync without having my phone?

I has installed the Desktop Manager in August and I'm SURE I stored all my contacts from address book (over 300 personal and prof. number) as well as all my pictures and docs. After my telephone was stolen, I purchased a new 9700 model, and ran the update via the Desktop Manager, but unfortunately, not all my contacts are here. The application just retrieved a few email address. I am definitely sure my previous address book is stored somewhere in my PC and could be reloaded.
After updating to Android 2.3, I can't find the backup & restore app. Is the app called something else now in 2.3? I want to restore my backups made in 2.1.

I own a Blackberry Curve 8520 and I would like to restore the phone data to original settings when I purchased it, sadly I didnt back up the data in any file so my question is if there is any original ipd file available that I could use to restore to original settings.
After a software check using the update service, i restarted the device and the settings icon ( to access all device configuration , wireless settings etc..) was missing. Any known solution to restore it without a full reinstall ? I am on android 2.1.
I went to the Verizon place a couple of days ago to see if they could get my phone to stop freezing and running slow. Well they accidentally deleted over half my pictures and my phone is the only place I have those pictures. Well luckily, I thought, I have a backup file and my pictures will be on there. But whenever I try to run it I get the error "data not recognized by desktop!" Some of these pictures are really really important to me and I want them back. Is there anything I can do to make the backup file work? Will it even contain the pictures? I have a blackberry storm and the verizon place said I have the most updated software.
A few days ago my message had lost and I wanted to restore back.My friend suggested me to use the restore function but after it complete, my files such as photo and contact and even new message had all lost. After recently updating the Desktop Manager to 5.0.1, the Redirector no longer operates. When opening it, i get the error message."Desktop Redirector has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry..." I've unistalled Destop Manager, reverted back to 5.0.0 and I still have the same issue. This was and is currently setup with my Outlook 2003 (SP3) exchange server to forward my work emails, and it worked up until I updated to 5.0.1 last week.
After I installed the new operating system I lost a feature. Both my husband and I have the Tour. For example, if you highlight the Games folder and press the Blackberry options, one Tour can choose "edit folder" and pick a new Icon. The other Tour mine is missing that choice. Any fix? If I create my own folder, I have the feature, but not for my Games, Applications and other folder that were there in the old OS.
A client of ours had upgraded his version of Desktop manager to 6 from 5.something.There is no more link for the Redirector under START - PROGRAMS - BLACKBERRY..The icon for the redirector still shows up in his start menu, however, it says that it's not started.Where can I find the software with the new desktop manager? I've tried reinstalling the desktop manager already but still cannot find it, nor were there any options during the installation to include it.
I switched iphones today with a friend of mine. I made sure that I had backed up everything to my computer AND iCloud before doing the trade. Did it, everything set up fine. Restored through iTunes and then turned on. I still had my email, texts, call logs, contacts and notes. But all my apps and songs are gone. How do i get them back?
I've been using DM6 for the last week or so and am very disappointed. It does not seem to remember the last time that I synced or backed up. The only time it remembers is the first time I synced my BB with it. Not such a big issue for syncing, but I like my BB to backup weekly...so once a week has passed after the first sync, it wants to back up every time.
DM 5.0.1 worked flawlessly, but since I am using Outlook 2010, I can't go back.Come on RIM, you can do better than this.Any suggestions on how to get DM to remember when it actually backed up or synced?
