Nov 13, 2013Just wondering if this is a bug or intentional? Whenever I have my headphones plugged in and I get a text notification (or any notification really) the noise plays through my headphones and through my speakers on my N5. Is this intentional and is there any way to stop this? I only want the noise coming through my headphones when they're plugged in.

Aug 21, 2014after running i disconnected my iphone headset. since then my iphone speakers have stopped working. i can still listen to music using headphones and the phone ringer still works but the speakers are silent. when i adjust the volume it indicates it is in "headphone" mode.

May 8, 2012My iphone 3GS has no sounds now except the phone ringer. I have toggled the mute switch back and forth and it makes no difference. When I go into settings for sounds I see at the top that it is marked silent. However I cannot find any way to switch that off and reset it back to sounds. The only thing that seems to work now is vibrate and the phone ring.

Feb 22, 2010I downloaded ringtones from crackberry a couple hours ago and now my ringers won't work and when I try to play ringtones in the media application it won't let me play them. I tried going through the profiles to make sure they weren't muted or off and nothing is working. I had the exact same problem less than 24 hours ago and the cell phone place just gave me a new phone because they couldn't figure it out either. Now, when I try to play music out of the regular speakers, no sound comes out and it says that I have 2 options: iPhone, or iPhone speaker. I then tried both settings, none of which that worked.
