Every time I make a call involving chosing options I loose my keypad so I cannot enter the numbers quickly enough...so they keep telling me again what to do its so frustrating. Have i set something up for a time delay?

View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen I have an active 3-way confrence call and I am asked to "Hit 1 for yes or 2 for NO" the phone tone will not register to pick the number. It sounds the tone, but the other phone line asking for me to hit the number will not register the tone. Any suggestions??

I recently got a 9900 and have an issue every week to two weeks when I miss a call. The missed call for some reason deletes all of my email from my 3 email accounts. All that is viewable in my email is the missed call list. I remove the battery from my device and this resets the email.

View 9 Replies View RelatedOne minor irratation I have is the phone keypad not being present when making a call. For instance, if you get a voicemail and you tap on the icon the standard active call screen opens, but you then need to touch an icon to open up the dialer pad so you can interact with the voicemail system. Is there any setting that allows the dialer pad to open automatically when a call is made? Would be really great if this feature could be selective for certain numbers such as voicemail.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI just did the software updgrade, and ever since when I answer a phone call OR when I make a call, the normal "menu" screen pops up, but immediately goes to the keypad. Sometimes I don't even see the "menu". I've tried checking settings, but it doesn't have an option to change it at all.

I'm a dedicated BB users and have been using many models over the years, but this is the first annoying problem i encounters with the 9700.i bought 2 tMo 9700 last week for me and my wife. when i got home, i updated the os of my 9700 to .586
the problem started when the battery level reach 40%. whenever i'm in a call or the bb in keypad lock mode, it suddenly shut off itself. and then i can't turned it on unless i plugged in the charger. but after it turned on, i can unplugged the charger and the bb would be normal until the battery reach 0%.
i thought i was a battery problem with my 9700, so i tried using my wife battery, and it was still the same problem coming out. so then i thought it was an OS problem, so i upgrade it to .593, and it still gave me the same problem. then i tried downgrade it to .578, and it still the same.then my guess was it was a faulty 9700. but i tried the software upgrade to my wife's BB and then she had the same problem as i am.
what's wrong with our 9700's? can anyone help us? i have been looking all over the internet but found no solution.we have the same apps installed beside add ons: ubertwitter, opera mini, google sync, googlemaps,foyage, blackcorpo theme.
The keyboard keeps disappearing on my phone I already did hard reset three times and got back to .29 with the recovery tool for windows.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have had a problem for last couple of weeks - When I got the phone (around 2mths ago), I created all my main contacts, added their names, numbers and email addresses. So, at least a month goes by, but then one or two contacts start losing their phone numbers (the name and email address remains). I have tried everything from simply entering and saving the number again via the phonebook and even adding the number from text messages sent by the person in question - each time I have ensured that I have clicked 'done' and/or the save symbol. I exit the phonebook, but if I check back later it's been lost again.
This seems to happen with only one or two particular contacts - I am not sure what is unique about them.
I have read the manual re: phonebook, so I am following all of the steps so I am not sure whether or not the phone has a fault.
This problem is driving me insane! I've had my LG G3 for a week now. The selling feature for me was the 128GB micro sd card option. Shortly after I got the phone, I bought a 128GB card on eBay. It arrived a few days ago. Right after I got it is when the problem started. I tried moving files from my phone to the card. But then I noticed my files disappearing on the card. So I tried a smaller 64GB card to see if the 128GB was faulty. Neither of the cards have worked. I've done everything possible like reformating, erasing, restarting my phone, using a different card.
View 13 Replies View RelatedI currently have my BlackBerry Tour configured for three seperate email accounts. The first two are working just fine. I just noticed this this morning that for the third, messages that I have read appear to be disappearing from the device. I've checked in Options and it appears that I have plenty of available space (101680072 bytes free) unless I am misreading what that number represents.
For example, I've read and responded to probably 10 emails from this account today. The emails that I read early this morning no longer show in the inbox, however the sent item for the response that I sent still does. The only items that still appear in the inbox are items that have arrived in the last 2 - 3 hours, anything prior to that, including ALL emails that I have received since setting up the account a few weeks ago are gone. The only thing that is visible for those dates are my sent items.
I had seen another thread in which someone had stated that rebooting by removing the battery might correct the issue but I tried that and it did not. I've included my settings for the email account in question below. I don't use any type of third party sync application, what the heck is going on here and how do I fix it?

I did not restore from backup, instead I did a clean install and downloaded all my apps again. The phone is faster and far less buggy.
Unfortunately, apps "disappear". Vine was installed, signed in, and pinned to the Start screen. Now it is a blank tile. In the app list I see the Vine app but the icon is just a black square. If I click on it I get a black screen that says "Resuming...".
My wife recently noticed that several recent photos on her phone were missing. Over the course of several days more photos either disappeared or were corrupted.
I'm not sure if it's related but recently here phone screen starts to dim and flicker if charging or left alone for a little while.
Is there anything I can do to stop this apparent spread of corrupted data? I ran virus scanners and she is using only the internal memory, no extra SD card,

View 6 Replies View RelatedI don't know why apple decided that you didn't need access to your call log while on a phone call. When I'm on the phone with someone I like to send emails and texts to others and being able to get to the call log or favorites list is the quick way to get access to the people I talk to the most. As of now I have to go to the contacts list which takes longer and inconvient. Also if someone calls while I'm on the phone if I don't check the caller ID right then to see who is calling I will miss the person and I won't know who called until I get off the phone.

The number keypad should come up, but nothing happens. I used to use Go SMS Pro, so does it not work because I erased it? I took it to sprint and they cant figure it out, they say its broken and thats not the case. They did a full system re-boot on it and it does the same thing?

Basically what i am looking for is an updated s60 phone that has a keypad with T9. I hate QWERTY keybords on phones, and i really rather have a keypad over a touchscreen. The x3 looks nice however being s40 i am not interested. Basically a thinner updated n95 would be exactly what i would like to see, am i barking up the wrong tree with this?
When I open the phone app to make a call I have to hit the keypad button 2 times for the keypad to show up.

Managed to upgraded my N95 to the latest firmware V.35.0.002.Also successfully installed v.3.01maps application.
And it's running without any serious problem. Except, I did encounter a problem ; backlight problem.The screen and phone keypad will be turned off after a while.

the keypad for my phone is not lighting properly, so it is difficult to see the letters at night. some keys are sticking also. How that is fixed.

I think, I know a lot of you can relate because this seems to be a very popular problem...Bout a week ago my bb randomly started messin me about, first the 'L' key along with the 'alt' key and then also the 'A' key, they were stuttering, typing on there own, sometimes wouldn't work at all, they would even pop up when I typed a different key! also there would be times were my phone would freeze and I'd have to hold down a button for roughly 10 seconds to get a response, also all buttons including mute, side buttons, keypad etc.. would stop working all together, only track bar would work but I could only scroll, I also cannot use my phone whilst chargers in, on rare occasions my phone fixes itself, then brakes around 5-10 mins later
