Jun 13, 2015S5 call the person you are texting? I can sometimes text someone and not hit the call button. Before I know it I am calling that person.

Motorola Droid Turbo :: Random Reboots During Phone Calls
Nov 9, 2014Twice now in the last week I have had the Turbo cut off the phone call and go to the black and white splash screen with the M for Motorola logo and then reboot. It has never rebooted any other time on its own except these two times while on a call.

Jan 26, 2015I have been having this annoyance where the phone would play a sound (it is like the sound the lockscreen makes when you set it to swipe to unlock). I hear the sound about every hour or so, but I am trying my best to figure out how to remove it.
So far I haven't did anything to stop this from happening, I'm looking for some answers to hopefully get rid of this.... I keep thinking that it is a notification, but I don't see one of them.

Dec 1, 2015I have an S6 (AT&T) and it is downloading to my phone random txt files without even opening any apps!
The two that are being downloaded are ScenenUserSleep.txt and miniclipld.txt
I removed the Pool game app from my phone (made by miniclip) and it seems to stop the miniclipld.txt from downloading but the other one I cannot stop!!!
Why is it doing this and how do I stop it??

Yesterday it thought I was in Kassel Germany and today it's South London.
Done a few resets, flashed stock firmware, but nothing works.
Based in UK and my phone is unbranded on EE.

Oct 15, 2015I transferred/restored all my info and apps to it used it all day till night perfectly fine. It was fast, wifi working fine, etc. Then tonight I installed Go Launcher on it and played with it for like 10 mins and then noticed wifi stopped working. I turned wifi off and when I tried to turn it back on it failed, I kept trying until wifi turned on. Mean while the phone was super super slow so I turned off power saving mode but it didnt work. Then I noticed wifi started turning off on it own. My next step was remove Go launcher but it didnt fix anything, the issues stayed. Next I reset it to factory setttings but when it came on, wifi was failing (and phone slow) even during the initial set up wizard.
The phone was completely fine during the whole day.And my biggest worry is that this is an exchanged phone. I originally got a supposedly new s5 from ebay, (from a guy with thousands of reviews/transactions and like 98% positive score) but eventually I realized the battery was fake and that the IR blasted didnt work. He agreed to exchanged it and I received it yesterday and now today the phone has already failed but in the weirdest way possible by being completely fine for the majority of the day.

The phone will ring, but often when I pull it out of my pocket it the screen stays black and doesn't have an option to answer. Aug 18, 2015All of a sudden, in the middle of a call, the other person could not hear me. It was not accidentally switched to speaker (I checked). After trying to call back a few times, I figured out it would work on speaker. I found a thread where someone said they took a pin and cleaned out the small mic, and that worked for them. Having no pin, I tried a paperclip ... and it seemed to work ... for a couple minutes. Now its back to speaker only! Also ... I now notice that when I try and use voice Google ... The phone does not hear my voice. This phone is only about 6 or 7 weeks old.

May 6, 2015I've noticed a few times recently when my phone is hot that if I make or receive a call there is no sound. My phone will ring if a call comes in but if I answer it, silence. If I try to make a call, the display shows it's connected and the call timer is ticking away, but I hear nothing, no ringing or voice. I've been told that the other person CAN hear me so I know the calls are connecting. Once the phone is cooler it works fine again. The overheating seems to happen in my car if the display has been on for a while with GPS and/or it's charging, and if it's a sunny day and the phone is getting some direct sunlight.

Aug 7, 2014Recently upgraded from HTC Rezound to Galaxy S5. Never had an issue with the Rezound in making/receiving phone calls.
Last week, noticed that I couldn't make a phone call. Spent an hour on the phone with Verizon tech and they sent me to a local Verizon store for a new sim card. I walked in, told the agent why I was there. He immediately took my phone, changed a couple of settings, and voila, my phone worked again.
Today, same thing. I looked at the settings and they hadn't changed from what he set it to. The only new thing on my phone was the addition of Dashlane, a password keeper program.

If I go to the Phone app, under Recent I see all my other calls - incoming, outgoing, and rejected. But it doesn't show me my missed calls. So once I dismiss the notification I have no record of the missed call.
