My Phone is always putting ppl on hold and or calling them again how do I stop this. I have tried locking the phone while im on a call but this still dose not work. Is there another way to stop this or taking the hold, mute and add participant buttons off
View 2 RepliesI have had the X6 for a few months now and I previously had the 5800. On the 5800 the screen used to disable itself when I was on the phone but on the X6 it keeps the screen live meaning that I keep putting people on hold or muting myself! So everytime I'm in the phone I keep having to lock the phone or hold it far away from my face.
View 7 Replies View RelatedWhilst on a call this morning my phone randomly called Orange answer phone and put my original call on hold, I cancelled the answer phone call and went back to original then within the next minute the original call went quiet and I heard the ringing tone and discovered it was randomly calling a number (it was not a saved contact and I had to go through history later to see where it had come from and found it was a call I had received last Saturday - so not even a call in recent history) I have no speed dials set up - I did double check this! When prompted I did the latest upgrade last week to v7.1 bundle 1149(v7.1.0.342 - platform 5.1.0.276) and was pleased was prompted to do this as it included the update to wifi calling which I need in certain areas though I didn't have it enabled today.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI updated my blackberry last Wednesday with the latest OS (7.1), and since then, my phone won't hold a charge. I started noticing it on Thursday, and it's progressively gotten worse.A full charge will last only about 4 hours.I've changed the battery out for a new one, but to no avail. The phone won't hold a charge.It will, however, still charge with either battery (the old and the new), and after it's charged (after being totally dead) it will turn on, andit will connect to Blackberry desktop software.

It's my first touchscreen phone, so I'm sorry if this has been discussed before.While I'm on a phone call, the following buttons automatically appear on the touchscreen: Mute, Hold, Speaker Phone, and Add Recipient. I have yet to complete a phone conversation without hitting one of these buttons with my cheek. I cannot for the life of me find a way in Options to stop these buttons from appearing during phone calls.I am actually considering returning the phone over this.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI had my BlckBerry Torch 9800 with; OS 6.0 with Bundle 1907 plugged in all night charging and when I got up this morning the phone was rebooting. While after awhile of this I watch the phone go 3/4 of the way to start up then it reboots. Over and Over.Fixes I have tried:
1) removed battery wait 30 sec and put back in. NO LUCK
2) removed battery wait 6 min and put back in. NO LUCK
I recently got the Torch two weeks ago from Rogers and generally I don't have any problems with. But I've found that sometimes after I receive a call from someone and I've ended the call (by sliding the phone down), all my buttons stop working.The Keyboard, lock button, call, end, etc. No button works. But however, the touch screen works. I usually end up using the touch screen to turn off my phone and pull out my battery and put it back in.From there it works again. Its happened four times now. Has this happened to anyone else?

Switched out battery with my husbands torch and problems persist.
