Dec 22, 2010Over the last few weeks I have been receiving a lot of PIN requests from people that I do not know. After reading previous posts I have tried blocking the requests through the firewall but this just seems to block actual messages and not the requests as I am still receiving them.Is there another way that the adds can be stopped, its really annoying and even more so when I leave my phone for a while and then have to sit and block all the adds from adding me again.

Mar 3, 2010The title pretty much sums it up - I have a client with a BB 8830 which isn't receiving e-mail from one single other person in their organisation (Unfortunately it's their assistant - the most important person for them to get e-mail from!). The e-mail system is a hosted exchange system, and they're set up with BES. They receive all of the e-mail fine in Outlook, but for some reason they're just not getting it on their Blackberry. Perhaps I'm phrasing my searches poorly, but I'm not seeing this issue anywhere else on the web. Can anyone point me in the right direction, or tell me what other information, if any, you might need?

Mar 31, 2010This is probably a simple one but any help would be appreciated.I am receiving my work email to my BB which is great, however some day's I am in the office at my desk, and on those day's I do not need to get my mail on my BB.
Is there any way to "pause" the receiving of emails while I am in the office, and then I can manually start receiving emails again once I am not at my desk, short of deleting and installing the account every time?
