BB Software :: Random PIN Requests - How To Stop It

Over the last few weeks I have been receiving a lot of PIN requests from people that I do not know. After reading previous posts I have tried blocking the requests through the firewall but this just seems to block actual messages and not the requests as I am still receiving them.Is there another way that the adds can be stopped, its really annoying and even more so when I leave my phone for a while and then have to sit and block all the adds from adding me again.
I am getting tones of requests from people I don't know on blackberry messanger.I tried to delete it off my phone and then they started showing up in mt test messages.How do I make this stop?
I get numerous texts each day saying 'SMS just got better' from Activate Rich Communications service. I can either cancel or activate by adding in my phone number. I've done both on numerous occasions but I keep the message dozens of times a day and it is very annoying.
If I don't touch the phone ie make calls txt etc then it will stay on until the battery dies. if I pick it up and use it in anyway after a few minutes it will shut down(red light) and try to restart. and I mean try because it goes into a restart loop but only the timer dial shows up for a second or two and then red light light again. Even if I pull the battery and reinstall it still does not boot. However if I install a different battery(spare) the phone will completely startup. I have tried upgrading the os downgrading the os, unistalling all third party apps nothing helps. PS auto on/off is disabled. And why does putting a different battery in it change anything?
My phone is constantly putting o's into every word, and often just straight up barely types. It also is continuously calling numbers even after I've deleted them from my phone.
I called Bell and they had me wipe my phone and that didn't do anything, so I upgraded the software which also did nothing.
I hooked my work account into my BB using BIS via OWA. While it's nice getting e-mails, I'd rather not have the work calendar entries gum up my calendar. Is there a way to setup a filter via BIS to block these?
Is there anyway to disable location requests per app like the iPhone? I have apps such as snapchat that are constantly checking my location when it doesn't need or require it. Whereas on the other hand I'd like location on for some apps.
Both my dad and I have an iPhone 4S and both Siri and the keyboard dictation are not working for either of us. Siri says I'm really sorry but I can't take any requests right now.
someone broadcasted my bbm pin on a bbmchain letter and now its all over the world. i have been receiving unwanted bbm friend requested by the hundreds. i really need your help to put an end to this misery. is there any app i can download to prevent furthur unwanted requests from coming in.
My iPhone keeps asking for all my e-mail passwords every time I open the mail app. It didn't do this before and now I'm not recieving e-mails because I'm clicking cancel out of frustration.
Im having problems with the messenger i cant accept requests and other people cant accept mine nothing is coming up to verify on the other blackberrys that i have sent one to them its nothing to do with the data plan iv been through that a tone of times can anyone help me please?
ive just got a Blackberry Torch but i have downloaded bbm software of Blackberry App World but it has bbm but doesnt send requests to add person to other phones also doesnt recieve them either, ive look everywhere on the interent to see the problem?
I have just got a second hand blackberry curve for Christmas and have tried to add people on BBM but it just says pending for authorization, my friends say that no acception request comes up. I have never used or had a blackberry before so I have no idea on what to do, the BBM was already set up by the previous owner. The Wifi work. I am on pay as you go.
My friend just got a used blackberry curve today and downloaded BBM. He's been sending me a request but I don't receive it and vice versa when I send him one. We've tried saving my pin under my contact info on his fone and vice versa on mine and still nothing.
I am not able to use the service providers USSD services on Nokia LUMIA 800.pecifically TaTa Docomo *191# gives a list of options to know balance, validity etc. Also I am not able to receive summary notifications sent by the service provider after each call/sms etc.Is it a known windows bug ? Anybody facing the similar problem?Also feel this is related to the LUMIA call ending bug /t5/Nokia-with-Windows-Phone/Can-t-end-a-call-in-lumia-800/m-p/1283747#M5533
Since updating to the Gingerbread release, I cannot work out how to respond to meeting requests in the calendar. I'm sure it's just something I'm missing but I can't see how to do it.How do I respond to the requests?
I am hoping there is a Nokia member of staff reading. I logged a service request (1-13446720417) 2 days ago about a music purchase which I was not able to download, and which is now no longer downloadable (every time I tried, the link timed out).
What is the turnaround time on these requests? How long should I wait for someone to contact me?
I recently applied the latest blackberry update to v.6.0. ever since, any meeting requests i send from my BB send to my invites as blank emails. never had this issue prior.
My bbm has been working fine then 3 days ago stopped sending n receiving friends request. I have updated my bbm but that was after this problem started.
My blackberry curve 9300 will let me go on the bbm app but will not let me get friends ! When I send my friends a request by typing there pin they do not get it , but it comes up 'Pending' beside there pin and when they send a request to me I don't get it and it comes up 'Pending' on there screen beside my pin , it is definitely not there bbm because they have got lots of other friends on bbm !
Since my phone updated Sat night, I have been unable to receive gmail calendar requests. I finally am receiving emails again, but any that have the calendar requests as attachments don't come through.
Spiro is my actually phone and there are much problems The problems stars with the basics of the phone: When I open something, like sounds or videos on the phone, its really slow. I think the access to the SD(HC) card is difficult to the phone, so I tried java-apps, but mostly they won't start or they given up after a while. The OS is buggy, the memory or RAM is limited, this ***** me up. The functions are very limited so I would have at least desired video-streaming - is not possible. No rtsp support? Also no full screen for videos? Anyway, java crashes all the time, can't install the simple apps like Opera Mini, annoying. Same in the themes, same in the phone-mode on PC The phones itself crashes on playing media files.And yep, I've installed the latest software update, but there was no change, It is tough and slow.
I've just moved over to a Galaxy S5 from an iPhone 5S. I am using S Planner as my calendar, but I'm not recieving any meeting requests. My husband (who has an iPhone) has sent numerous event invites. They aren't showing up in S Planner or in my email. Yet I can send him an invite in S Planner and he will receive it on his iPhone.
Impatient, yes. Does anyone know if Apple or ATT accept delivery hold requests? Where the delivering carrier will hold the item at the station instead of making a first attempt at delivery, leaving it available for pickup at any time.
