2. If my phone is inactive, I get a notification of the request that I can swipe to approve, but it might be buried in a few notifications - requires me to be attentive. If my phone is active, I get a 2-3 second notification - requires me to be responsive quickly.Â
3. If I don't swipe the correct inactive notification (and sometimes if if I do), or if I tap the notification during activity:
    a) sometimes I'm taken to the app store where I can review the app request
    b) sometimes my current activity freezes. I have to power off.
    c) sometimes nothing happens (no freezing, no app store...nothing)Â
4. All in all, our results are about 30/70 success to fail. It's not a really great ratio.Â
5. If I want to find the message due to not being able to immediately respond, I can't. Where is it? Why is this nice-seeming feature so hard to troubleshoot on our own?

I hooked my work account into my BB using BIS via OWA. While it's nice getting e-mails, I'd rather not have the work calendar entries gum up my calendar. Is there a way to setup a filter via BIS to block these?

After reading previous posts I have tried blocking the requests through the firewall but this just seems to block actual messages and not the requests as I am still receiving them.Is there another way that the adds can be stopped, its really annoying and even more so when I leave my phone for a while and then have to sit and block all the adds from adding me again.

I have just got a second hand blackberry curve for Christmas and have tried to add people on BBM but it just says pending for authorization, my friends say that no acception request comes up. I have never used or had a blackberry before so I have no idea on what to do, the BBM was already set up by the previous owner. The Wifi work. I am on pay as you go.
