Aug 9, 2011I'm having this issue with my curve 8520, OS and berry messenger are both up to date everytime i try send a picture to any berry messenger contact never start to transfering the photo, i know that's not people isn't accepting the photos as they never recive the photo, i tried with a friend next to me and he never recive the photo, same problem is with Facebook 2.0 i can't upload photos to my albums

Jan 12, 2012My blackberry curve 9300 will let me go on the bbm app but will not let me get friends ! When I send my friends a request by typing there pin they do not get it , but it comes up 'Pending' beside there pin and when they send a request to me I don't get it and it comes up 'Pending' on there screen beside my pin , it is definitely not there bbm because they have got lots of other friends on bbm !

Jun 8, 2011My PIN seems to have got out into the public domain and I have received 20+ PIN requests today from users who I do not know and have no intention of accepting. Some I have deleted, others I have ignored, but they are still coming through. I haven't published my PIN in any public forum (facebook for example) and only actually have about 12 BB messenger contacts so have no idea why this has happened. One has got through and I cannot delete the contact from my list (I have the pin so will happily provide it as I have no idea who it is) The names of the users seem to be odd characters and graphics. block new PIN requests (I have tried via the firewall but it hasn't stopped it) and how to delete the mysterious contact (as I write this a request has come through!)

May 25, 2011Hi!I was talking to a friend yesterday, and all of the sudden she stopped receiving my messages in the BB Messenger. Now I can receive her messages (also they only appear as D, not R to her) but all messages I send to her only have the checkmark, not D or R (she is not getting my msgs). This is only happening with her, since I can talk with the rest of my contacts as usual.I have a Blackberry Bold 9000 (AT&T) running the most updated software.

BB Bold 9000 :: Cannot Send Yahoo Messenger Messages But Can Only Receive
Aug 29, 2010From 5 days now, I can't use yahoo messenger. I have a Bold 9000 and when I'm sending messenger to computer PC / MAC the person doesn't receive, on other telephones it does. I have friends with other models of blackberry and they have the same problem. Do you have a solution? I delete the application, I update... It's still working yahoo messenger on blackberry or not?

Mar 24, 2010Have had my 9700 for a couple of months now and it has been working fine until recently. First problem I had was a failure to send or open MMS. However a battery pull seemed to fix this. The past couple of days I have had problems with my BBM. I can message away fine until suddenly it stops working. Initially the red timer appeared and nothing was sent. Now a tick appears but it takes hours for the message to get delivered. The problem goes away temporarily and I can message fine only to return again.

When I click on the contacts name nothing happens, if I try to "open chat" nothing happens. The only way to send a message is to "Broadcast Message". I have no problems with email or SMS.

I haven't changed my contract plan or anything but all of a sudden both BBM and FB stopped working!!I've removed and re-installed facebook and it still won't work. Mar 24, 20101: when i send some images or files, i always have to wait that the receiver accept the file... how can we change this option... and go back with the old style? I understood that this is a "problem" of the new version of BB messenger.
If i send an image to a contact who still have an old model (es BB 8300) with the old software, on my phone is displayed "file sent" straight, without any wait. Instead if i send an image to someone who has a new software, i have to choose the size of the image, and wait for his acceptance. And i also saw that if a contact doesn't accept the file immediately, after some time (really i cannot say how many time), there is a kind of time out of the sending (displayed on his phone)...how is it possible (on my phone was always displayed "waiting for acceptance")? How can i cancel this option?
2: with the old software if someone didn't read a message, a clock appeared on the face of the contact, and then i usually set the advice, to know when he read the message thanks to the sound. With the new software instead, i saw you can just set the advice only if the contact is Unavailable.
