I just bought my torch around a weeok ago, and I can't see someone else display picture in BBM and everytime i tried to do the messenger status is always failed and keep saying retry.How to activate the messenger status.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have recently installed the latest update on my torch, and when the process has been completed I can't access any of my email accounts or several other apps i.e. fb, twitter, rss feeds, etc.I have looked through the forums and followed the steps of registering through the mobile site, but none of these methods have worked, as an error message always appears.I have also found whilst running the diagnostic that the 'blackberry registration' field is 'no'. I have tried to register the devise using the host routing table method, but this isn't giving me any results!

On this torch though, I have tried to delete it from the phones application list, from the desktop manager and have tried to delete it during a device software upgrade.In none of these situations was I able to remove it, the option is always greyed out. But yesterday I had difficulty logging in to my ym account. It would say invalid username or password. But after several attempts I managed to log in. However today I can no longer log in. I tried logging in to my iPad and laptop and I can. But if I would log in at my blackberry I cannot access. Invalid username and password was always the answer. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it again and again but to no avail. I also downloaded yahoo messenger using blackberry browser and it's also no use.
