Can anyone help me my blackberry messenger status has collapsed i have know idea how to correct this darn thing.So annoyed.I was backspacing my previous status and for some reason my status is not giving me any option to set any status or what so ever.I cant even click on it or nothing.I tried deleting mt BBM but it doesnt want to i tried reinstall it still nothing.

View 3 Replies View RelatedMy Torch appears to be a little bit poorlyI got an update to BBM which I installed, then it asked for a reboot, which I did Now its stuck on a reboot cycleI tried to enter safe mode (to uninstall the problematic application) to no effect.Then reading this wonderful site, tried the fix here url...yBut am unable to do so(When I plug in the phone I do not get the option of USB-PIN: UNKNOWN Its either blank, or I have my phone with its PIN number listed.Either way when I try to enter the app loader, the reboot sequence has started again and I'm again unable to get into the phone.unable to update os via desktop manager as phone keeps rebooting itself

View 1 Replies View Relatedi am using att branded unlocked 9810 on t mobile. recently i updated it to 9810jAllLang_PBr7.1.0_rel998_PL5.1.0.230_A7.1.0.284. it worked fine for a hour after that i uninstalled one of the app from my BlackBerry Desktop Software the phone restarted and since then it is stuck on att welcome screen i pressed the phone button and i can see my contacts even make and receive calls switch between 5 default application but the phone wont go home screen. also i am unable to connect to my desktop manager.

Sometimes when I activate my phone, there is no wifi icon at the top on the status bar, then after a few minutes it appears. I have had my terminal repaired recently, and synchronised the phone to my PC to repopulate the contacts, addresses, calendar etc. All OK so far BUT....somehwere I must have changed the email account (I have two) from the company account to a hotmail account. Now when I try to sync to the PC I get a message that the default service has changed from address book to the hotmail address. I can't find anywhere to change this back to the original address book/company email address.

As of last week the facebook iPhone app doesn't post my "status update" to the recent activity but it posts it to my profile wall.When going to face books mobile or desktop site i do not have this problem.Also when trying to upload mobile pictures it gives me a black screen and says it can't be uploaded. However, none of her BBM contacts can see the changed picture.Her BBM version is 6.0.0.129.We have tried waiting for several days, soft resets, battery pulls, deleting BBM contacts and replacing them.She is a new Blackberry owner and has only 12 BBM contacts, none of which can see her updated status pictures. They can only see the BBM status picture she initially saved when she first started BBM.Interestingly enough, the text of her status messages are viewable as she changes the text. it is only the picture that won't update on her contacts BBM.
