Aug 7, 2012I am using BB 9800, Recently I am facing problem to use Blackberry Application world. I already tried almost everything, delete then re-install, re-boot - open battery+memory card -and re-assemble back. those are not work.

Oct 8, 2011I got my Blackberry Torch 9810 about 3 months ago and have never been able to log into app world via the phone. I have had a new blackberry email set up by Orange and it allows me to sign in on my desktop but not via my phone, i just get the error message "unable to log into blackberry app world" .. ive tried reseting the password, even downloading apps via the computer but nothing works.

Apr 13, 2012Switch to BlackBerry Torch 9860 recently (upgrade from Torch 9800), however unable to log in to app world as the message "unable to login into your BlackBerry ID account". For additional info, this is my fifth BlackBerry and this is also first time i encounter this problem as when i switch to new BlackBerry, there is no such problem as i using the Blackberry desktop to update and transfer all the old data to new data, now the blackberry protect keep popping up and request me to log in, however everytime i log in the message unable to log into your BlackBerry ID account appear and unable to proceed. I have log into Blackberry via email (laptop) there is no problem.

Feb 6, 2011I just got a new torch 9810. When I try to login in to app world it says "unable to login to your blackberry ID account". I have no problem logging in on my computer - only on my phone. I was able to open an email setup confirmation from Blackberry but that is it. In addition I cannot surf the web or connect to the web. Sep 8, 2010For some reason my Torch will unlock by itself when placed in my case. The case was for a 9700 Bold and I tried at the ATT store with a pouch 'designed' for the Torch with the same results. The lock/unlock key is so sensitive that even in my pants pocket it will unlock.All of my old BB's would not unlock until I hit the 2 combo keys which was fine. At least the bold would stay locked in the pouch which was fine.
