I am using BB 9800, Recently I am facing problem to use Blackberry Application world. I already tried almost everything, delete then re-install, re-boot - open battery+memory card -and re-assemble back. those are not work.
I recently tried to download new application,. I could not. When I tried to get into "my app world" I could not. I was given a message that password could not be found. I tried to enter new password ...I could not. I do not know what to do to try to provide password for app world requirements.
everytime i login, this message is always coming "you are currently on a sevice plan that does not support this apllication, please connect to a wifi network or contact your service provider to upgrade your data". im using my own wifi connection, and i registered already in blackberry internet service in my network.
I needed to setup a secondary email addy with RogersWireless yesterday and while I was there I got the bright idea to change my password for my primary account.This totally screwed my BB (no more email being received) sent me an email saying I needed to verify my password.tried to go into Setup to access my email settings..my BB freezes and I have to shut it down and re-start.Next bright idea...go to Messages Options then try to access email settings that way...message comes up and says "Unable to open email setup application. Contact your wireless service provider."Now I'm not saying I don't enjoy spending an afternoon chatting with Rogers but is there anyway to fix this without having to waste an afternoon?
I have the Blackberry Torch 9800 and and when I try and open App world, it doesn't do anything. It used to open but yesterday and today it won't open. I tried re installing it, deleting it then installing it again and it still won't do anything.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling with reboots and battery pulls. I have tried clearing the cache. The icon is there, but nothing happens when I click on it. It worked fine until I downloaded the update that came out last week!
I downloaded the latest appworld it open once and will not open. I took the battery out to reboot the phone but nothing will help it still will not work. I have torch any feedback.
Before I registered/ subscribed to a data plan, I was able to open my fb, twitter and app world via wifi but now that I'm not using a data plan, I cannot access those apps anymore using a wifi connection. somebody explain why and if there's any modification (s) that I need to do for those apps to work?
As per the recent update to my device bold 9900 to 7.1 bundle 1149, but I had a problem in my bb app world which opens normally but do not shows any software icon images at all. I believe that it has been stopped behind some firewall, as when I try to open it from wireless network I can open it smoothly but only when I try to open it from my blackberry service it cud'nt open.I had no prb with my previous version when it was working on my phn smoothly but only it was a latset update I updated and it had this problem.
I have formatted my phonr (e6). After that I am unable open Photo editor. It says "unable to open application". Also unable to see photo edit option in the gallery.

Hi, I'm new here! Tried to set a new e-mail on my Curve 9300 and get a message saying "Unable to open email setup application-contact your wireless service provider". Not sure what this is. do I contact Orange or BB?
Switch to BlackBerry Torch 9860 recently (upgrade from Torch 9800), however unable to log in to app world as the message "unable to login into your BlackBerry ID account". For additional info, this is my fifth BlackBerry and this is also first time i encounter this problem as when i switch to new BlackBerry, there is no such problem as i using the Blackberry desktop to update and transfer all the old data to new data, now the blackberry protect keep popping up and request me to log in, however everytime i log in the message unable to log into your BlackBerry ID account appear and unable to proceed. I have log into Blackberry via email (laptop) there is no problem.
I just got a new torch 9810. When I try to login in to app world it says "unable to login to your blackberry ID account". I have no problem logging in on my computer - only on my phone. Very frustrated with this as I want to add the apps I had on the old phone to the new one and/or get new ones.
I got my Blackberry Torch 9810 about 3 months ago and have never been able to log into app world via the phone. I have had a new blackberry email set up by Orange and it allows me to sign in on my desktop but not via my phone, i just get the error message "unable to log into blackberry app world" .. ive tried reseting the password, even downloading apps via the computer but nothing works.

Yesterday I had got a notification to update appworld on my blackberry torch 9800.While doing so the app wasn't there anymore on my homepage though it had been installed according to the application manager in tools.I tried downloading it again and again and rebooted my device many times but it's still now there on the homepage?
I have tried several times to access to bb ap world and everytime appear a message "an error occurred,please try later".it has appeared three weeks ago.i have even created a new id and changing the password but nothing seems to work.i have a plan data in spain.
I am new to BB & its services & i have BB Torch 9800 model purchsed just recently from authorized BB stores in India. I have downloded BB World app plug in from internet & have also loded Desk top Software. Now when i am connecting to World App in 2nd phase of connection i am getting constant message that "therehas been some error while communication with BB App world. Restart the device & try Again"
Actually this is my new torch 9860. I've created new blackberry account for It. After upgrading the new version of application world, I was unable to login to my blackberry Id account with the correct password. Even if you sent new app world upgrading with a bug free version, I still can't upgrade coz its required my blackberry id.
I tried to back up my phone on the PC, the video's would not open a message about Codac came up, the web can not open them. I put the Video's back on the phone and it states that there is an error and will not open.
I get the usual message it installed okay but when I try to open it, I get this message. Error starting BestEMailSpamBlocker: Module 'net_rim_bb_qm_platform' not found.
