Aug 7, 2012I am using BB 9800, Recently I am facing problem to use Blackberry Application world. I already tried almost everything, delete then re-install, re-boot - open battery+memory card -and re-assemble back. those are not work.

Verify your network connections and try again.'' and then you can only select ''OK'' and then your back to your menu again.

Jun 19, 2010i have been using bb app world and other apps since the time i started bb few years back. but few months back the bb app world and some other apps stooped working. the bb app world doesnt appear anywhere in the bb despite complete successful installation. the other apps dont open. instead i get a pop up message which says 'error starting' or 'error loading' or 'verify error'. even the upgraded version of any app if installed anytime from the time problem started doesn't open.can anyone tell me what exactly is the problem with my bb as it was working well few months back. how do i rectify this so that i can once again start using the bb app world as well as start using some of the apps that are not opening now.

Feb 23, 2012Alright, I have had my Blackberry Curve 9300 3G for about 6 months now, and never had problem. Recently, I have been noticing my App World is freezing when I try to download or update my applications. See, I am trying to download Twitter to my phone, and every time I click "download" it says "please wait". It stays like this forever, and I can't press the back button or blackberry menu button. Occasionally, it tells me I need a Blackberry Identity update, which I can't seem to get access to either. After this happens, I can't do anything on the App store, yet I can still run the phone, its just the App store that is frozen. I restart my phone after this, and it resets everything, just to have it happen again. I know I have the Identity update, and all my software is up to date as well.

I believe that it has been stopped behind some firewall, as when I try to open it from wireless network I can open it smoothly but only when I try to open it from my blackberry service it cud'nt open.I had no prb with my previous version when it was working on my phn smoothly but only it was a latset update I updated and it had this problem.
