View 1 Replies View RelatedAlright, I have had my Blackberry Curve 9300 3G for about 6 months now, and never had problem. Recently, I have been noticing my App World is freezing when I try to download or update my applications. See, I am trying to download Twitter to my phone, and every time I click "download" it says "please wait". It stays like this forever, and I can't press the back button or blackberry menu button. Occasionally, it tells me I need a Blackberry Identity update, which I can't seem to get access to either. After this happens, I can't do anything on the App store, yet I can still run the phone, its just the App store that is frozen. I restart my phone after this, and it resets everything, just to have it happen again. I know I have the Identity update, and all my software is up to date as well.

Here's the problem, I download it and it installs... unless I select "RUN" once its done, I cant use it. If I don't click "RUN" the app is nowhere to be found. Its not in the downloads folder, app folder or anywhere else I can find, although under "ADVANCED OPTIONS" and "APPLICATION" it does appear. Then now when I m trying to go in the option Email account management, a message appears which says: Unable to open email setup application. Contact your wireless service provider. My phone operator is vodaphone.nl and I have the data plan. I tried to deleted all the service books, tried to register it again, and also tried to wipe the blackberry. View 5 Replies View RelatedI have been using Nokia maps on my E71, and I have updated to the latest version, which deleted the maps present on the phone. I now cannot load any maps onto it. While connected to my PC the maps application says that the maps on my phone are corrupt, but I cannot delete them, or load new ones. I have tried deleting the cities folder, and deleting the qf file, but get the same error. I also reinstalled Ovi suite on my PC, same error. I cannot uninstall the maps app on my phone.
