I am having some trouble with my BB App World. I downloaded a game and then all of a sudden, app world wouldn't open. I deleted the game app then rebooted a million different times & still nothing has worked. I use apps pretty frequently and just want app world to work again.
I have a blackberry curve 9300 and when i attempt to open my blackberry app world it wont open what so ever and i dont have a clue in what to do so solve this probblem it's really annoying what shall i do
I am trying to fix a curve 8520 for a friend; she has BBM set up and it works, but we can not access the app world.The error is "blackberry app world is not currently available in your country. check blackberry.com/appworld for updates" which I have done and updated, but the app still will not open.
When I go to the symbol on my menu and click it, it says loading for about 2 sec then this pops up ''blackberry app world is having trouble connecting to the blackberry app world server. Verify your network connections and try again.'' and then you can only select ''OK'' and then your back to your menu again.
i have been using bb app world and other apps since the time i started bb few years back. but few months back the bb app world and some other apps stooped working. the bb app world doesnt appear anywhere in the bb despite complete successful installation. the other apps dont open. instead i get a pop up message which says 'error starting' or 'error loading' or 'verify error'. even the upgraded version of any app if installed anytime from the time problem started doesn't open.can anyone tell me what exactly is the problem with my bb as it was working well few months back. how do i rectify this so that i can once again start using the bb app world as well as start using some of the apps that are not opening now.
I have the Blackberry Torch 9800 and and when I try and open App world, it doesn't do anything. It used to open but yesterday and today it won't open. I tried re installing it, deleting it then installing it again and it still won't do anything.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling with reboots and battery pulls. I have tried clearing the cache. The icon is there, but nothing happens when I click on it. It worked fine until I downloaded the update that came out last week!
I downloaded the latest appworld it open once and will not open. I took the battery out to reboot the phone but nothing will help it still will not work. I have torch any feedback.
Before I registered/ subscribed to a data plan, I was able to open my fb, twitter and app world via wifi but now that I'm not using a data plan, I cannot access those apps anymore using a wifi connection. somebody explain why and if there's any modification (s) that I need to do for those apps to work?

I recently tried to download new application,. I could not. When I tried to get into "my app world" I could not. I was given a message that password could not be found. I tried to enter new password ...I could not. I do not know what to do to try to provide password for app world requirements.
As per the recent update to my device bold 9900 to 7.1 bundle 1149, but I had a problem in my bb app world which opens normally but do not shows any software icon images at all. I believe that it has been stopped behind some firewall, as when I try to open it from wireless network I can open it smoothly but only when I try to open it from my blackberry service it cud'nt open.I had no prb with my previous version when it was working on my phn smoothly but only it was a latset update I updated and it had this problem.
i cannot open app world and connect to the internet even with a wifi connection. I just recently upgraded my OS and app world and that's when all this started to happen.
I just got a Curve 9300 2 weeks ago and it was working perfectly until one morning the browser stopped working. Everytime i press on the browser icon, nothing happens even when i'm connected to wi-fi. When i open emails using my limited data plan and try to open the links, nothing happens. I mean, i get to open the mail but not the links in it.
Today i can't open my BB8520 and when i open it connected with the charger. Then a white battery with blue lightning symbol just appeared. What should i do?
I have been getting the error message for the past 2 months. I've tried the option of setting via the Advanced Options > TCP/IP > APN and ticking the APN box and typing "Internet", and my App World still gives me the same error message, I rebooted my phone after the setting and tried to access the app world, still got an error message, i tried it without rebooting and the results are still the same. What do I do now?

Thankfully I was able to find most of the apps I downloaded in the download folder, but one of them reset and I don't have the activation code or the record that I bought that particular app since my world has no record of it.
I am having problem logging into my app world. It says "AN ERROR HAS OCCURED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" I dont know if I have problem with the phone or the internet service. If I check the internet, it's says "edge". But I am able to call and text, I'm just not sure about the internet connection.
can't log on to my blackberry world..wit my blackberry id its keeps saying "an error had occurred please try again later" i been trying to log on so i can update my stuff on my blackberry! but i can log onto it on my laptop so idk whats wrong and why it won't let me log on my device?
it takes WAY too long to download anything on my phone. So I was trying to download it to my PC then transfer it to the phone using blackberry desktop software. BUT When I go to the bb site and try to buy downloads. Ive filled in the bbID info SEVERAL TIMES and once got as far as entering my CC details. BUT there is ALWAYS an error!can I download apps to my PC then transfer to my phone using the desktop software? the last 5 times I've tried to login with my BB ID it returned a message saying UNKNOWN ERROR this time just now I get this Sign In to BlackBerry ID?
i can't seem to log on to blackberry app world on my phone curve8500 . But when i log in on my pc it works fine as you will be aware this means I have to connect to my PC every time i want to download an app as because i cant log in on my phone it wont let me. When i try it say error plz try again later witch i have done umpteen times and never works
Blackberry sent me a message that an upgrade was available for one of my game applications "Shoppers Paradise". When I click on the link to download the upgrade, it gives me an error message that the upgrade is not available through App World.Is there anyone else having this issue? Is Blackberry working on this issue?

My BB ID works on the Blackberry website, but I can't use the BB ID on my new Bold 9900 (it says 'unable to log into your Blackberry ID account'). Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. I'm unable to access Blackberry protect and 'my world' in Blackberry App World, or do anything that involves using my BB ID on my phone
I went into the the Blackberry App World to download the "Score Mobile" app. While it was in the process of downloading, it froze and cancelled the download. The app is not showing up in the "My World" as downloaded. But when I go to re-download the "Score Mobile" app, it does not give me the option to download it. The download button does not come up for this app on my phone. I was wondering how to fix this and be able to download the app. I have a BB Curve 9380.
I have a 8530 with OS5 and a couple hours ago I was prompted about the App World 3.1 update. I happily did the update but after the reboot I got this error:
"Uncaught exception: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError" And I get the same error every time I try to run App World. I have tried uninstalling App World and re-installing, Wipe the phone and install before restoring from my back up and I get the same error.So here I am now with an empty phone and no working App World to get my apps back.
When I first purchased my 8530 the app world was working fine. Suddenly it quit working and no matter what I try to download it tells me that it's not available from the app world.
I have the new Blackberry Curve 9360, when i first got it, apps would download fine. But now, when i open the app world, when i click on"download" it says "please wait" but doesn't do anything? And when i try to go into "My app world" it does the same thing, my app world will not upgrade either.
I bought a blackberry curve 3g yesterday and set everything to work as normal. All the email, phone, internet and browsers, and bb I'm all work perfectly. And bb app world works WITH wi fi. But when I try to access bb app world without wifi the following message comes up " you are currently on a service plan that requires wifi connection to use this application. If you want to use this application outside of wifi please contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan" . A similar message about data plan appears when trying to access the facebook app at any pointI phoned vodafone and they said everything was fine at their end and I have all the correct data plan and bb services and keep directing me here.
