I have used my laptop to look for old BBM messages and the BBM contact I wish to view has two folders one ending in .csv which is more current and still visible on my phone and the other ending in .OLD which is the one I want to see but I am unable to open this on my laptop?

I have 2 new Text sms messages, the icon is showing on my phone, when i try to open the sms file it gives me this message .
" UNCAUGHT EXCEPTION: JAVA.LANG. INDEX OUT OF BOUNDS EXCEPTION"
It will not allow me to view or even open the folder.I have tried rebooting it by taking the battery out etc, no joy.
I have two mail inboxes, one for my hotmail and one for my work email. The hotmail one works fine. The other is a pain in the butt. Once I receive an email in the work inbox on my iphone I can see it, but the second I go to my laptop and open it in microsoft outlook it gets deleted from my iphone inbox.

I was able to open an email setup confirmation from Blackberry but that is it. In addition I cannot surf the web or connect to the web. The case was for a 9700 Bold and I tried at the ATT store with a pouch 'designed' for the Torch with the same results. The lock/unlock key is so sensitive that even in my pants pocket it will unlock.All of my old BB's would not unlock until I hit the 2 combo keys which was fine. At least the bold would stay locked in the pouch which was fine.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI needed to setup a secondary email addy with RogersWireless yesterday and while I was there I got the bright idea to change my password for my primary account.This totally screwed my BB (no more email being received) sent me an email saying I needed to verify my password.tried to go into Setup to access my email settings..my BB freezes and I have to shut it down and re-start.Next bright idea...go to Messages Options then try to access email settings that way...message comes up and says "Unable to open email setup application. I have 157361192 Bytes of free space.A few days ago I had trouble sending sms messages. It would either get laggy, or be fine as I"m composing it, but lag completely when I press the 'enter' or 'send' button, and an error that says this will show:"Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_messaging_app(483) is not responding; process terminated"It has been going on for about the third day now. I've tried both soft and hard restarting, and none of it works. My BBM and other messaging services works fine. (Except the KakaoTalk application, too; it very rarely works although it has just released the official Blackberry version... But even before that I had that problem for a while; it worked fine before. I click to open the application and nothing comes up, instead my whole screen freezes, but when I press the red button it get's back to normal. but that's not the main concern for me at the moment.
