While I'm trying to add my friends PIN who lives in the same area as I am it's working. However, I have some friends in Thailand when I added their PIN they received my request and they did accepted it but the contact still on pending. I already try it many times it still on pending.
Moreover, during group chat my friends in Thailand can see my messages but I can't see their messages. Is there any possible explaination to this problem?
I have recently brought a blackberry Curve 8520, one of the main reasons I brought it was because of bbm most of my friends have it and have requested me to add them, only when I click onto their pending request it does not have an accept button - but all my friends said it should. I have rebooted my phone a lot and I have reinstalled bbm at least twice. How I can sort this out?

On this torch though, I have tried to delete it from the phones application list, from the desktop manager and have tried to delete it during a device software upgrade.In none of these situations was I able to remove it, the option is always greyed out. Friday I received a ton of requests (from unknown people) to add mine to their contact lists, which I declined. They each were removed from my message list when I declined them. However, one of the messages will not go away. I have clicked "decline" and have attempted to delete the message, neither of which has had any effect.
I have since blocked incoming PIN messages in my firewall with exceptions of "Contacts" and "Specific Addresses".

But yesterday I had difficulty logging in to my ym account. It would say invalid username or password. But after several attempts I managed to log in. However today I can no longer log in. I tried logging in to my iPad and laptop and I can. But if I would log in at my blackberry I cannot access. Invalid username and password was always the answer. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it again and again but to no avail. I also downloaded yahoo messenger using blackberry browser and it's also no use. I also tried changing the password on the laptop but it did not work either.
