BB Torch :: Can't Decline Or Delete Messenger Contact Request

Not being familiar with BBM, I recently added it to my phone with no security options turned on. Friday I received a ton of requests (from unknown people) to add mine to their contact lists, which I declined. They each were removed from my message list when I declined them. However, one of the messages will not go away. I have clicked "decline" and have attempted to delete the message, neither of which has had any effect.
I have since blocked incoming PIN messages in my firewall with exceptions of "Contacts" and "Specific Addresses".
I can no longer accept or decline a meeting request from my wife and colleague who both have blackberrys. I can send out meeting requests but I cannot receive them, all I get is an email message with no accept or decline.
I received a BBM invite from some stranger. I can not decline, ignore or delete this unwanted BBM invite on the 9800 Torch. I t highlights the options, but when I select the options, nothing happens and the invite is still there.
Any other messages can be deleted or declined, but not this specific one. (It is sent from someone in Thailand)
Can virusses be sent via invites on the BBM? How do I get rid of this unwanted invite on my BB Torch?
I tried to add my friend's PIN on BBM during the service failure a few weeks ago, and although he didn't receive it, it was still marked as 'pending' on my bbm. Recently he tried to add my PIN, and the same thing happened. I can't scan his PIN because we don't usually meet up very often and I would never get the oppurtunity. Is there a way to delete any pending friend requests so that we would be able to try again, and if not, what should I do?
How do I decline calls not in my contact list? I'm on vacation and have my home phone forwarded to my cell. I'm getting junk calls like wanting donations and such.
On all other blackberrys I have messed with I was able to delete blackberry messenger just like any other application. On this torch though, I have tried to delete it from the phones application list, from the desktop manager and have tried to delete it during a device software upgrade.In none of these situations was I able to remove it, the option is always greyed out. How can I delete blackberry messenger on my torch?
I was inviting a friend to BB Messenger via a pin number. I mistyped his pin and how have a pending invite. I can't seem to figure out how to delete it. I select the invite and hit the menu but no delete option...

I recently bought a blackberry bold 9700 from my friend and it is unlocked to any network sim but is originally from Vodafone, I have also just went onto a new contract deal with virgin which includes unlimited internet access but my problem is that the blackberry messenger will not work, I've contacted my service provider and they said they cant do anything because the phone is not originally from them. I have also went to various shops and they also do not know what is wrong.My internet browser works fine but Blackberry messenger will not allow me to add people or see any requests from people when they add me and i dont know what to do next, is there anyway i can manually make this work?
I have recently brought a blackberry Curve 8520, one of the main reasons I brought it was because of bbm most of my friends have it and have requested me to add them, only when I click onto their pending request it does not have an accept button - but all my friends said it should. I have rebooted my phone a lot and I have reinstalled bbm at least twice. How I can sort this out?
unable to update App World or download apps due to continous loop when I accept license agreement, cannot get past the accept, just loops back with update download option and then again license agreementI have updated 7.0, and have had no luck, PC desktop software loads App World but then I am immediatelty reminded of an update, and then the loop again
How do you delete the gmail contact list off blackberry? It simply would not allow. Even after deleting the whole email. wtf. Don't any <Innappropriate content removed> here say sync a blank contact list because in the contact list, the gmail account will still be active and will download again!
When I first got my phone I accidentally set up my e-mail address as a .com not a.co.uk. When I add a new contact in my contact list, my .com email address is there and I can't remove it. I have synched the correct .co.uk address as I get my e-mails through. How do I delete the wrong e-mail address for synching contacts?

I have received a BBM request from someone I don't know. I have declined it and now I want to remove the request from the requests list. I've tried selecting 'ignore' and then deleting from the ignore request list. I've tried deleting from my inbox but to no avail.
New problem generate in my Blackberry curve 9220 (OS 7.1) in Blackberry Messenger.When i sent request to my firends its show request is pending but he/she is already accept me. And he/she send request to me at that time i accept and he/she is in add my contact list.
i accepted a bbm request through the notification window but now it's still there. in the actu bbm app itself, it's been accepted and she's now a contact. but in the notifications it acts as if i haven't replied. i tried accepting it several times, declining, ignoring all after i'd accepted it once and it won't go away.
I'm trying to add a contact to my BB messenger. I have the pin # and have been chatting back in forth for a week. I want to create a group and add her (my daughter). I can create the group with no problem. But I can't add her. I've looked all over the postings and the answer is always the same. Open messenger, click menu and click add contact...but there is no add contact on the menu. There is also no "use once option" . All the postings talk about adding from my address book, and she's in there with the pin...but no option to add her. I can send a pin to her and inviite messenger, but it just sits there pending. I can;t add her. I'ver uninstalled and re-installed...same thing...no add contact option. I have the latest version 5.0.1.41, and we both have data plans. Has the add contact option been removed in this version? Or is there a workaround I'm missing. I've also checked all of the permissions and they're all ok.
I just got a BlackBerry Bold 9700 from AT&T and I updated the BB Messenger to version 5.0.0.57. While I'm trying to add my friends PIN who lives in the same area as I am it's working. However, I have some friends in Thailand when I added their PIN they received my request and they did accepted it but the contact still on pending. I already try it many times it still on pending.
Moreover, during group chat my friends in Thailand can see my messages but I can't see their messages. Is there any possible explaination to this problem?
The problem I am facing is that I added my dad at BBM (he is in malaysia i'm in the UK), we can see each other's contact at bbm, but we can't communicate. I can receive his voice notes and everything. I can send him a message too, BUT with a tick next to my messages but without R or D, he claims that he didnt receive any of them.
I tried battery pull, deleting and adding contact (took a while as it takes time for the friend request to be accepted/ add to friend list) and ... googling and i ran out of ideas.

This morning i got a message that my BB messenger should be updated.After the update and installation it gave a few errors (forget to make screenshots) but since then my contact list is gone.
Lateron when i logged in again it asked me to look for my ' old '' contacts. I waited a few minutes and nothing happened so i decided to reboot my BB. After that my contact list was still empty and now i dont have my friends pins saved somewhere.Anybody got an idea of how to get the old list back?
I am wondering if there is a way to get contact pics to show for messenger conversions. I have my contexts synced with Facebook, but the pic do not show in messenger. I upgraded from a S3 and it did this but I can't figure it out how to on the S6.
I have a BB Tour 9630 does anyone know how I can delete all the instant messaging apps. I only download the bb messenger app, but I can't find a delete option when I click menu. I've tried going to setting, apps, until I get to the modules and find bb messenger but there's still no delete option
I think I inadvertly deleted or blocked a contact on BBM. I have read several posts and tried several methods of re-adding them.
They can see my invitation, accept it so that I show as a contact on their BBM, but the status remains pending on my phone & I don't receive their messages.
BBM works fine for all of my contacts. I have tried deleting them as a contact, inviting them by PIN no, scanning barcodes.
