When I first got my phone I accidentally set up my e-mail address as a .com not a.co.uk. When I add a new contact in my contact list, my .com email address is there and I can't remove it. I have synched the correct .co.uk address as I get my e-mails through. How do I delete the wrong e-mail address for synching contacts?

View 2 Replies View RelatedSomehow when I sync my Bold 9700 to my Outlook for Mac (which is linked to my Google mail account), the contacts in my device are duplicated as part of a Contact List that I never created. What's even weirder is that the name of that contact list is named with another email address, which was once from one of my contacts. Confusing?
Anyway, I cannot find anywhere in Outlook or Google, or on my device, an option to remove the bogus contact list.

I have a BlackBerry Curve 9300 and a few days ago I added a new e-mail account and synchronized my contact list with the e-mail account without realizing it. So I deleted the e-mail account so it would stop synchronizing and it didn't. Today, I deleted a contact from the e-mails contact list through the computer and since then every time I tried to open that entry the contact app freezed. Then I deleted the contact entry and now I cannot add any other contacts.

When I ran email set up with my gmail account i didn't notice that i checked the contacts box and it deleted all 300 of the contacts I had changed over and left only 20 or so (who i imagine are from my gmail account). I deleted the gmail account from my phone, is there a way to delete the gmail list from my contact list? I go to options and it's the only contact list in my phone and it doesn't give me an option to delete.
