I have spoken to both Sprint and BB tech support, and all three of my email accounts still do not reconcile.Reading or deleting mail via internet does not reflect on handheld.New mail comes into handheld but messages will not show messages being read or deleted unless the action is performed on handheld.

I would like to mark the messages as sent/responded to.Also, If I delete a message on my BB or my computer I want it deleted on both devices.I want to be able to respond to email using my BB and my Comcast email. I guess it is something to do with the POP?This seems super silly and quite a bit of extra work to double delete items, or to re-read messages. Every other phone does not seem to have an issue, not even my 5 year old phone. Is the issue a BB thing?

When I initiate reconciliation, no emails are deleted from my handheld, even though there are many more gmail emails on my handheld than there are in my gmail inbox.
I am not able to send or receive emails in my 9320 through wi-fi (don't have data, so not sure if it would work that way).Report says wi-fi connected, but email does not seem to recognise it anymore.It was working fine a few days ago and I have not done any software update till now, trying to fix the problem.

So my individual email account on our web server recently got messed up. All emails up to a certain date (let's say Sept 2012) were wiped out. My backups are spotty, there's no copies of my emails on the server, nor on any device (all my devices are IMAP'ed to the web server).
My blackberry has a copy of all my emails, but I don't know how to copy them back onto the server. Is there any way I can reconcile it up through IMAP? Or can I export it to Outlook, and then force it there back onto the server?
When I set up my DroidX, I set up my e-mail account using my Verizon.net email account. I would like to remove this account, but can't find how to do this under the e-mail app settings, nor does the Verizon account show up under Accounts

I backed up my BB on Friday, wiped it out and restored the info again. After 15 hours (time that restoring lasted), it deleted all my emails from now until Sep 2011. I tried restoring again today, and it deleted all messages going back to Nov 2010 now. What can I do to have my emails up to date in my 9800? We are using Lotus Notes.

I have 3 accounts that run off the hotmail server, yet I can NOT get my phone to sync up with the server to delete my messages from the inbox and the phone. View 8 Replies View RelatedI am based in the UK and I am having problems setting up email on my blackberry bold 9700.I have 2 email accounts, both of which come up with 'username and/or password invalid'. My first and main account is with hotmail.co.uk, my second account is with googlemail.com.It might be important to note that my password for both is the same, but I dont see this as an issue as it consits of only letters and numbers.Also, my girlfriend input her hotmail.com account and it worked fine. So why does it work for her and not me?! I have tried to get a hotmail.com account but for some reason only hotmail.co.uk and live.co.uk are the only options for new email accounts here.This problem is also reflected in the Facebook application, whereas my girlfriend input her facebook username (which is her hotmail.com address) and it worked. When I input my Facebook username (my hotmail.co.uk address) it says that this is invalid!It is sooo frustrating and as a new blackberry user I feel a bit out of my depth

Webmail has its uses afterall..I was just wondering if VirginMedia are the only affected users or if this is any/all mobile users who also have a Hotmail account?I'd love Hotmail's inbox to be a bit more mobile friendly. Get shot of the graphics and make it as basic as possible! Some time ago I received a notification stating that I needed to verify my password to continue receive emails from my Hotmail account. The instruction stated that I needed to launch the Setup Wizard and click on the Email Accounts icon and then select the "Internet mail Account" icon to verify my password. I follow the instructions but, when I click on the "Internet mail Account" icon nothing happens and my only available option is "return to Setup".
