IPhone :: Hotmail Email Messages Disappear
May 7, 2012Does anyone know why my Hotmail email messages (read and saved to a folder) are disappearing from my iPhone?

BB Torch :: Cannot View Email Messages Folder (Hotmail Account)
Apr 9, 2012It seems as if they are "hiding" somewhere (my hotmail mail account), because I keep getting emails in my "messages" folder, but I don't see my email folder anymore. Also, when I go to setup/email accounts and click on the icon, it will either freeze on me, or say no accounts have been set up.

I went to Ovi Store to download it again (Ovi Store) but now it says "Sorry, this item is not available for the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.Browse.

IPhone :: Why Do The Earliest Text Messages Disappear
Apr 28, 2012I believe this has been asked several times before but I couldn't find any solution to this issue. For only certain contacts, the earliest text messages disappear whenever I receive new ones. The "Load Earlier Messages" button shows up but after pressing it a number of times, it disappears and I know that there are even earlier messages that are not being displayed.

Dec 11, 2014messages app continues to crash. All messaging stops working and all of my message threads disappear. the only thing that has seemed to work is restarting my phone. Happens at least once a day.

BB Curve 8300 :: Miss A Call Messages Icon Appears And Does Not Disappear Until Open Folder - Disable Or Alter Messages Icon?
Aug 14, 2010I use Sprint and everytime I miss a call the Messages icon appears and does not disappear until I open the messages folder and open the missed call message. This is incredibly annoying for me, as I usually just press the send key and see what calls I have missed. Doing this does not clear the messages icon or notification.
I really dont need missed calls sent to Messages, the only reason I ever use the Messages folder is to clear the icon from my screen.Can anyone help me either disable this icon or alter what is sent to Messages?

Jul 9, 2010Had a message last night when syncing mail to upgrade Nokia Email to recieve hotmail. This had been working fine earlier in the day. I am now currently on the newest version available of Nokia Email and it still won't sync with my Hotmail account.

May 12, 2010I've been playing with my new Bold and am getting the hang of things, got most of my stuff on it and preferences sorted, I feel like the menus are endless though and will take a while to figure out all the shortcuts! But I'm loving it!My question is about my hotmail account.
When I send messages from the BB they do not appear in my outlook 07 and vice versa, is there a way to make it do this?I would also like to get all of my old message from outlook (pre BB) onto the BB for reference, is this possible?

I have a little envolope with a number at the top of my screen, when i click on the star envolopes in the menu, there are no emails showing. I have set it up as I was told, but still can not recieve my emails. When I first used the Blackberry, I could recieve emails, I use hotmail and it says I have messages but I can't find them, or get to them.

Did something change recently on Hotmail's server?I called AT&T today and tried a few things and it looks like my Hotmail messages are coming in faster but still taking at least 5 minutes.My Exchange messages come in a lot faster as expected.Anyone else have this problem? I did delete all my accounts at least twice today. At one point only one email icon would appear (not including the messages icon) but after deleting the one that didn't appear, it fixed it.Hotmail still slow though.

I have set up both my gmail and Hotmail accounts.Unfortunately, I can't seem to receive any mails from my hotmail on my handset even though they do arrive on my hotmail. I have 3 accounts that run off the hotmail server, yet I can NOT get my phone to sync up with the server to delete my messages from the inbox and the phone. Apr 16, 2010I am based in the UK and I am having problems setting up email on my blackberry bold 9700.I have 2 email accounts, both of which come up with 'username and/or password invalid'. My first and main account is with hotmail.co.uk, my second account is with googlemail.com.It might be important to note that my password for both is the same, but I dont see this as an issue as it consits of only letters and numbers.Also, my girlfriend input her hotmail.com account and it worked fine. So why does it work for her and not me?! I have tried to get a hotmail.com account but for some reason only hotmail.co.uk and live.co.uk are the only options for new email accounts here.This problem is also reflected in the Facebook application, whereas my girlfriend input her facebook username (which is her hotmail.com address) and it worked. When I input my Facebook username (my hotmail.co.uk address) it says that this is invalid!It is sooo frustrating and as a new blackberry user I feel a bit out of my depth
