I have a BB curve 8520 when i want to send an e-mail in arabic characters, the one to who i'm writting receives that e-mail in characters "????" i try all my best to rectify this problem but i don't know from where it comes!

The update was a success, however, now whenever he wants to type in his native Arabic it types from left to right not from right to left. The Arabic font shows correctly so it is supported but it seems there is this typing direction issue. Both of us live in Dubal and use Etisalat as our provider.
Since my phone (Curve 9360) was updated to 7.1 Bundle 1133 last week, I can no longer send SMS messages as the numbers are changed to characters. For example, if I try to send an SMS to 63555 it converts it to FRDDD when entered, then when the SMS is sent, it displays (in red) Unidentified subscriber.Is this a problem with the software? I cannot find any setting to disable the search that changes the number to the characters.

Ive had this problem before too, I was just able to delete the app... then it went back to normal, but now I cant even enter my password properly to gain access to my phone . What should I do here ? She got it two days ago, and from the get-go, when she types, particularly in Blackberry Messenger, it types the words backwards and changes the letters to weird characters.
