Mar 17, 2014So last week I was off on March break with my family and I took several pictures Tuesday and Wednesday on my phone of my kids, even remember showing a few of them in the evenings to my wife. Realized I forgot to turn on "auto backup" to google drive (or whatever it's called) and turned that on at some point mid-week.
On Friday I went out with my son and snapped a few more pics, and realized all the pictures I had from Mon - Wed were gone. Not in the Gallery app, not in the Photos app, and now that I'm checking with a computer, I simply can't find them anywhere on the phone at all.
I certainly didn't go through each photo and select "Delete" or anything like that! Unless there was a delete all button that I somehow clicked accidentally (which would seem really odd) and deleted all photos from the camera itself (it's a new RMA'd camera so all I had were the photos from Mon-Wed).

Dec 7, 2012I have a relatively new Razr M. I have taken several pictures with it over the past 2 months with no problems. Starting a few days ago, I am having this problem: I'll be viewing photos in the gallery, and all of the sudden the photos go blank. There is just a gray square. I can flip from gray square to gray square -- no image shows. If I go back to the main gallery, it may or may not show pictures. There might just be gray squares, or all the pictures might be there. I have tried turning my phone off, then back on. The pictures will show up initially, but then when I start flipping through them, suddenly they turn to gray squares again. I have transferred the pictures to my computer, just to make sure they are saved somewhere. But can't figure out why they will show up and then turn to gray squares.

BB Curve :: Way To Remove A Virus
Nov 20, 2012I have a BB curve 9330 and I think it may have a virus. I made the mistake of downloading Skype and as soon as I did my BB shut down and I have not been able to turn it on since. I bought a new battery thinking that was it but nope. I tried plugging it into my pc for BB desktop and I actually got a blue error screen on my pc. I can't turn it on to make any adjustments.

I still have the same ringtone and text message alert message. I took out the memory card and put it back in and it's still the same. Apr 26, 2011I have a blackberry 8520. I started having a problem with my memory card recently. When I connect my phone to my computer I can transfer music and pictures to my memory card. But once I disconnect it, I can't get anything i.e. the music folder is empty as well as the picture folder&video folder. I've formatted my memory card, and redid the process and still its the same problem. Taken my phone apart still the same problem. And I've checked and in my settings it says my memory card is inserted even shows how much space I have left etc. I can't even store any pics I take or see them on my phone I can't even rename them cause it tells me that operation isn't allowed on a read only file. I've checked my settings and its setting is everything must be saved to my memory card even changed the amount or size of pics. Even changed the type of pictures that can be taken from super fine to normal.
