When a contact on my iphone 4 is updated it puts at the top of my contact list. Also all music is in the 123 category. You can see in the pictures what problem I am having. How do I fix this?

View 6 Replies View RelatedI'm using Nokia 701 with music player version 17.2.17 I've around 700 songs in my memory card. In music player, I see the sorting in the order: (i) Artist & then (ii) Album be specific artist. That's okay.
But when I open the album, I see the songs in any random order. They are not sorted alphabetically.
Is there a way to sort and delete duplicate contacts? I have a ton of them from a sync with facebook

If we use this it will sort with Artists first and below it will show the Album name. I live in India, and here we generally listen to songs by movie/album wise not by artist.... I having nightmare in searching the albums as they are sorted by artists first..... I also use Nokia 5800 XM in that we got seperate option "sort by Album" but it is combined with artists in Nokia Symbian^3 phones.....I love the new music player the way it shows the album arts but the only thing is it removed the sort by Album option..

I have a lot of Contact with only a First name sometimes as I use to have them sorted by Business. 90% of my Contacts are separate businesses. As I am a Packaging Service Consultant Service for Food Packaging. So I have the Contact of who I call when I go to the Plants. Is there a App that will sort them by business. I find it hard to believe that a Company the Size of Motorola or Google wouldn't have that choice. I guess the Blackberry in all its dreariness Trumps the Not So Smart Phone. It sometimes hard to remember who John H, Vs John S. when you deal with almost a hundred different Co. With some you don't talk to for a couple months or more.

i have some photos that i tried to remove from my phone that also had duplicates. the copies deleted fine but the originals i cannot delete at all for some reason so i decided to put them into a hidden file thinking i wouldnt see them again. lemme tell you how shocked i was and upset my new girlfriend was when she saw pictures of my ex on my phone that i still havent been able to delete!!

On my computer, every music application utilizes the "Album Artist" tag to group and sort artists. This way, multi-artist compilations with an album artist tag of "Various Artists" don't show up as 12-20 artists per album.Unfortunately, on the Sony Xperia Active, the music player doesn't use the Album Artist to sort artists, so I now have hundreds of "albums" of 1 song each from hundreds of individual artists on compilation albums.

Every contact has at least one assigned category, and some have multiple categories. I can filter my contacts on the X10 Mini Pro, which greatly assists in finding people, but I can't see any way to add a category tag to a new contact. View 1 Replies View RelatedThis is about the storage on my 16GB iPhone 4S. iOS 5.1 if that makes a difference. My phone is full, and I've been deleting pictures and apps to free it up. However, a big chunk of space is lost to the "Other" category. 2 gigs to be exact. I have tried deleting the cache/cookies/history on Safari, it removed 0.07 gb. So I have two questions, First of all, what is this 2 gigs of space for "other" being used for? I have no tabs open on safari, and as I said, I cleared all temporary files. I also do not have a significant amount of calendar entires, 10 at the max. I have heard that it is the iOS, but my 16 gig iPhone shows up as 13.8 gig on iTunes, so I would assume that the missing 2.2 gig would be lost to the iOS, no? And second, how can I recover this space? I have heard restoring, but what kind of restore in specific? Can it be from backup, or must it be fully reset to new? I do not want to lose my text messages, so I'd rather not set up as new. Or is there another option?

Experienced this with the new Play Store. There books category is causing the app to crash every time I try to access it. If I delete the update it works with the old store.

The call was made to someone in my contacts and lasted for nearly 7 mins......I have also experienced the disappearing songs problem and had to reload part of an album from my itunes library on pc.
