Recently I've bought curve 9300 - so far it looks to be the best phoned I had so far.But yesterday I finally decided to install desktop software and check some other functions of the phone. And that's when I found a problem. I haven't installed ny media card, but there's some free space showing on the built memory.I've wanted to upload a couple of multimedia files ( .mp3 - using "file" button, I'm not using Itunes, Windows media etc).I got an info that maximum allowed file size has been exceeded (I'm not sure it's excat phrase as I had to translate it from Polish). What's wrong? I'm pretty darn sure that file I wanted to upload is smaller than free space (mp3 of around 5MB).
Good day. I'm a very happy Blackberry customer but I have a bit of a problem though. Facebook is a everyday encounter and I use it mostly for business purposes. My Blackberry encounters an error every time i access Facebook mobile as I don't use the app. The error reads: "Exceeded maximum redirect attempts to server m.facebook.com." It's funny though as it only does this with a particular facebook account. I Restored the device to factory settings and most common troubleshooting operations have been performed. I now don't know what to do now.
My bb won't send any email saying "the quota size limit is exceeded". I've tried deleting several emails and still not working! I've removed batttery ad reset and still not working.
I am trying to download and install a java app for a Nokia 3120 classic, but when installing I get an error message telling me that the file is too big at 5.7mb.I can't find the maximum size of .jar files for this phone anywhere.Can anyone let me know what this is and whether there is any way to get the app to work.

I have made a wallpaper that is 5400x1920 and is 1.16mb. I made it that wide so that when scrolling I get a different image for each of the 5 screens that I use. Whats happening is the image shows and scrolls across like it is supposed to but it "flashes" between the image and a black screen.
I find very difficult to edit large number of contacts on my 9300 Curve. Is it possible to find converter for ipd file to an excel where editing can be done easily and the upload the contacts back to the BB 9300.
When I try to send a picture via test message (MMS), it says "Resizing image..." followed by "Attachment size limit is exceeded" I know Verizon has a limit of 1,200KB per MMS, verified from website.

I have a Torch 9810, provider is Rogers. For some reason now when I try to email a picture I receive a popup that says "the attachment file may be reduced in size". Then it takes my nice high resolution photo and reduces the file size to under 100kb. The picture file size is much higher but the phone just reduces the file size.
I believe at some point when I emailed a picture a pop up came up and asked if I wanted to reduce the file size of the picture. I said yes but I think there was a check box that makes this choice apply to all pictures I try to email.
I can't find anywhere in any of the options where I can reset that decision and have the phone send full size pictures when I email them.
I'm trying to determine if there is a relatively simple way around this. I need to transfer a 5GB file to the external micro SD card but cannot due to the file size limitations for FAT on the micro SD. Reformating it to NTFS will not work as the xoom cannot read that file type...
Spent a long time transferring CD collection onto pc using Ovi Player. Settings were for best quality rather than file size. Is there any way to transfer a smaller file size onto my 5800. Wanted best quality on PC but phone appears to be getting full.
When I open an Excel file on my E7 it is to big shows only a few large boxes. I need to reduce the screen like in Word Doc. Where you can read an entire Doc on screen. How do I reduce the Excel File size on screen?
I was attempting to download FFT:WOTL on my iPhone 4Gs using data. Because of the file size, it failed, and had me switch to WiFi. Now that I have, however, the "Install" button is greyed and and says "Installing", but the app isn't. I know I can download it to my computer and then sync, but I would rather not (just don't ask...). What is this an issue, and is there a way to fix it directly on the iPhone itself? Today the OVI Suite showed that there is an update available for Maps for my Nokia 5800xm. When I went to update Maps of India, it also showed a Pull-down tab where the maps are devided into further 18 parts...India (ALL) file size appears as that of 394 MB whereas the total of all these 18 parts is 895.4 MB. Why such a huge difference ? Will it be more detailed information if I download all these parts one-by-one ?
I have been using my Photon to record video and am starting to get tired of the 2gb or 23 minute file limit where the recording stops and I have to start the recording process again, does anybody know of a way to turn this feature off?
I am facing phone memory problem with my Nokia C503. It show other file 50 MB and out of 75MB only 18 MB is free. i dont understand why? i restored my cell to factory default, tried *#7370# but it stills there. then i checked individual foler size but its not engough to occupy 65 MB. I want to free up the space and specially want to know what are these other files. complete formating of Nokia c503.
I am currently using a BB 9700 Bold and unable to attach when sending email a file with size more than 5 Kb.Everytime I try to use a attachment more than 5 Kb, I am getting to following message : Total attachment size exeeds the maximum allowed size.
1. Is there any way to fix that?
2. What is the maximum size of attachment that can be used?
I got a Corby recently, I am trying to install games but its getting installed in my phone memory. some of them are not getting installed only coz of large file size, I can't find any setting for that how to install it in memory card, also the SMS limit shows 500 but as its crossing 173 its saying delete some messages memory full. May I know why is this happening is there any way where the messages can store in memory card or the storage limit can increase.
I have a Curve 8520 and the volume is stuck on maximum. I have tried many of the obvious things:
Media-Options but audio boost is off and I don't see any other option that would help. The volume keys on the side of the phone do not work anymore for some reason. I even cut the material with a scalpel to see if pressing the actual sensor would allow me to reduce volume. Needless to say it didn't.
I have tried using the keyboard on the phone and the volume control key (also a $ sign) but it didn't help either.
I just bought a 9300. I want to reload the os system to the device because I cannot find the multiple language input on the phone. I have download the os file from the website, which is a .exe file. How to use the .exe file?
I purchased an app about 2 months ago, I've installed it about 15 times.I did this because I reformat the phone every week or so because it slows down and becomes too.. full.Will this restriction be removed?It asks me to repurchase the app. =,= NO WAY.
