I just bought a 9300. I want to reload the os system to the device because I cannot find the multiple language input on the phone. I have download the os file from the website, which is a .exe file. How to use the .exe file?
View 4 RepliesMy computer crashed recently. I reinstalled outlook, but wasn't able to reload the pst file and had to set up a new profile. Naturally there were no contacts. I did a one way sync from my BBB to Outlook, and all contacts were restored. That was yesterday's excitement. This morning I went to do a sync, and it now wants me to ADD all of those contacts again. I certainly don't want to duplicate all of that. I rejected the sync at this point to see if any here has an idea or a solution.

Trying to download it, wether I used the link, and wether I used the S3 link inside the page on the browser, got me stuck. So I decided to download it to my local computer, and install it via web server I've created locally.Then it downloaded the file, but after downloading it, it installed nothing. After clicking on it, it says "Unable to open file, File type is not supported." Installing it using the Nokia installer, from my PC, didn't create any response on my computer. Anything I can do?

View 6 Replies View RelatedUsing the stock File Manager app I can see audio files on my Maxx HD's internal storage and also on the SD card. I happen to be looking at ringtone files. If I tap on the filename to play the ringtone, Amazon Cloudplayer pops up and shows all the music files on my SD card. No ringtones can be found. If I back out of Amazon Cloudplayer and use the file manager to try finding and playing ANY audio file on EITHER my SD card or the internal storage I get sent to Amazon Cloudplayer. I then have to use the back button to get back to the file manager icon in the App drawer. Same thing happens if I try to play audio files on my SD card. Amazon Cloud Player pops up. I don't want to use Amazon Cloud Player to play an audio file in SD storage.
If I connect my phone to my PC and navigate to the ringtones on internal storage and click on them they play as per usual (Windows media player). If I use my PC to play audio files on the SD card they play as usual.Why does my phone default to Amazon Cloud Player when I tap on an audio file in File Manager? What is the stock audio file player on the Maxx HD? Why can't I browse to an audio file with the file manager and tap on it and have it play? How do I fix this?
