My bb won't send any email saying "the quota size limit is exceeded". I've tried deleting several emails and still not working! I've removed batttery ad reset and still not working.

And that's when I found a problem. I haven't installed ny media card, but there's some free space showing on the built memory.I've wanted to upload a couple of multimedia files ( .mp3 - using "file" button, I'm not using Itunes, Windows media etc).I got an info that maximum allowed file size has been exceeded (I'm not sure it's excat phrase as I had to translate it from Polish). What's wrong? I'm pretty darn sure that file I wanted to upload is smaller than free space (mp3 of around 5MB).

I have made a wallpaper that is 5400x1920 and is 1.16mb. I made it that wide so that when scrolling I get a different image for each of the 5 screens that I use. Whats happening is the image shows and scrolls across like it is supposed to but it "flashes" between the image and a black screen.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI recently took a video that was 1.5 min and the size of the file was over 6 mb. I used the default settings. I was unable to enclose it in a text, or an email on the phone. I moved it to my computer but still was unable to email it as it was to large. I tried zipping it, raring it but could find no way to send it.
There has to be a way to reduce the size of a video as I can with photo's.
I'm eligible to upgrade my HTC EVO LTE and have been thinking of moving to the Samsung S5, but any size limit on notes in the Contacts app is a deal-killer. Samsung started truncating the notes field in the S3 and did the same with the S4. The limit is around 980 characters; see this discussion about the S4 for details: the notes section in a contact is limited in the s4 - xda-developers.
Be sure to try editing larger notes since it might seem like you can import large notes with a contact, but they get truncated as soon as you try to edit them in-app. I'm really hoping that Samsung fixed this in the S5 since it's a serious limitation if you keep detailed notes with your contacts, or import from something like Outlook.
I'm trying to determine if there is a relatively simple way around this. I need to transfer a 5GB file to the external micro SD card but cannot due to the file size limitations for FAT on the micro SD. Reformating it to NTFS will not work as the xoom cannot read that file type...

I upgraded my Tour OS to 5.0.0.419 yesterday and like it for the most part. However, I just found out a change I don't like. I tried to forward a MMS message to 11 people and get an error saying "Recipient list size exceeds limit." I have a group of people I forward stuff to. I don't want to go back to 4.7 because of something like this. Has anyone else run into this? Is there a fix or setting I may have missed?

My Galaxy S5 synchronises with my Outlook contacts (via Microsoft Exchange). On the Galaxy, the notes field in Contacts seems to have a size limitation, and will only show ~1,000 characters, truncating any information beyond that and preventing me from editing or adding information via the handset. This is annoying as many of my contact records contain far more than 1,000 characters of information in the notes field. Any way of removing the size limitation? Alternatively is there some 3rd party application that synchronises seamlessly with Outlook contacts via Microsoft Exchange?

This mesage comes up after clicking on "Resize" when attaching the pic.
Before Denim, I could send a video as a text (or MMS) as long as it was under 30 seconds. Now, everytime I try to send a video it says "File to big to send". So how do I go back to sending videos again?

However, for the past couple of weeks, I noticed that I'm unable to send texts over the 160 character limit. Before, it used to just continue onto another separate text, which would both be simultaneously sent and would be received. Just to make sure that my texts aren't being lost, I changed my text settings to notify me if a text was sent through successfully; if I try to send a text over the 160 limit, the notification doesn't come up at all (not even to say that it failed), and my friends tell me that it says that the SMS says its "incomplete" and they can't read anything.

When I get an email with an attachment it doesn't download it but simply states at the top of the email "pre download limit reached" but I have set the pre download limit to "no limit" when I click on "download message" it just downloads forever but never actually downloads. I tried one at 1280x960 landscape and it auto resizes before I can send it anywhere.I took another 1280x960 portrait and it will send full size to my email addy.I haven't experimented a lot yet, but I'm thinking the landscape orientation used too much file size for the network so it auto resizes. Is there a way to decrease the file size a bit without decreasing the resolution? I need to send pics to my email that are at least 1024x768.Auto resizing is BAD.

Good day. I'm a very happy Blackberry customer but I have a bit of a problem though. Facebook is a everyday encounter and I use it mostly for business purposes. My Blackberry encounters an error every time i access Facebook mobile as I don't use the app. The error reads: "Exceeded maximum redirect attempts to server m.facebook.com." It's funny though as it only does this with a particular facebook account. I Restored the device to factory settings and most common troubleshooting operations have been performed. I now don't know what to do now.

As for the initial info, there is only 2 internal redirection in server(IIS 7) when the BB accesses the site and it encounters any server side error. But in case for general, there is only 1 redirection when accessed from BB.When I accessed from any other devices, the same URL is opening fine. Please let me know for any possible solution for this.
