I am trying to insert a song into a message .Normal mp3 size . However I cannot do this as the message comes up saying "Reached message size limit". I have never had this problem with my other phones. Can anyone help or is this just not available on the KRZR K1.
I got a smart action set for battery savings where when it's not charging and screen is off the background data is off. But a couple days ago I had the smart action running and go to use my phone and a screen pops up saying my mobile data limit has been reached and data has been turned off. The thing is that I have unlimited data and I don't have a data limit set on the phone. It kept on doing it until I went into the data usage settings and changed the cycle to the day before and it fixed the problem.
how I resolve the following issue. When opening a new web page I get the message - Window limit reached - can't open a new window until you close one.Honestly, I have only had this phone less than two weeks and I want to throw it against a brick wall!
So I have 2 email accounts (work and personal) and I get 100+ emails a day. It's imperative that I check my work emails very quickly. Now, when I got emails on my blackberry, they were in 1 inbox and I could tell the two accounts apart by coloring of the text. It was easy to mark as read very quickly, etc..On the iPhone, I see the little notification above the mail app....so I open it. It shows me the last read email (where I was previously). I then have to click back, hope I'm in the right mailbox, scroll to the top, check if there's a new message, if there isn't, click back 2 times to change accounts, click 2 times to get to the other inbox, and then check the actual message I received.
Isn't there a better workflow for this?? Can I set something so it will just open the new message or the inbox with a new message?
It looks like my iphone 4 checks email every 15 min or so even though everything is turned off? The Fetch is set Manually. Under "Advanced" it says If Manual is selected, this account will only check for updates when the application is in use.
But I made sure the Mail is not running on the background, how come it still checks mail?
I have two Gmail accounts and my work email (exchange) on the iPhone. I want to add the long work email signature which includes work contact details and the long boring legal disclaimer. I only want the signature to appear on the work emails and not the email sent from my Gmail accounts. if it's possible to limit the signature to only one of the email accounts?
Being aged 39 I wasn't too happy to have a hearing test this week to be told that I am 'borderline' need for the hearing aids! I've been given very strict instructions to 'protect' my hearing (ear defenders whenever using a powertool, turning down the volume on any personal music player, no standing infront of the speakers for 2 hour at a rave!)
Wihtout wanting to get into a debate about EU regulation or what safe volumes are, how I can cap the volume on my iPhone (iPhone 4, latest OS) to a relatively agreed safe limit? I remember that my older iPod Classic had a handy line that you could set the limit to (related, I think, to the FR/EU regulation).
I have found the slider in Settings>Music on the iPhone, how much I need to dial this down for it to be 'safe'. I intend using my noise cancelling headhone more (so I can hear more of the lower volume music)

When I try to log into the App Store or iCloud on my iPhone it sais it has reached the maximum of free accounts on my iPhone. I have used several other Apple IDs on my iPhone in the past, but I want use this new Apple ID. How can I do that?
What can I do? I have 9 screens full of Apps. So 9 pages x 16 Apps + 5 Docked Apps = 149. Does this mean I cannot install any more apps? Is there an App that will let me exceed having 149 apps? I have heard that if you exceed 149 Apps your iPhone will be stuck on the Apple loading screen forever, and/or it will blow up. Don't say why so many Apps, because this will become an issue for everyone within the next couple of months. Or until another firmware upgrade?
The company I work for, like many companies, handles mail internally, and gives each user a small quota. When the quota is exceeded, the size of the mailbox must be lowered before any new messages can be sent. I'm sure this situation is very familiar to many of you.Since I'm one of those people that receive a large number of attachments, I exceed my quota on a regular basis. I continue to type emails as I need to, but none of them send as they are blocked. Here's the important part of my thread, and the primary question:Later, once I delete enough mail to get under quota and sending is again permitted, I have to go to each email and select "resend". Is there some way to have the BB try to resend all of those messages rather than having to open each one? I'd rather not have to go back to each email and select resend.
I want to use my E71 primarily to check emails i have a free data plan as well. I have installed smartconect to group all the wifi and 3g connections.I use the basic e71 email client <imap> and not nokia messaging ( dont like it)I have set the client to do automatic retrival every 30 mins. but heres the problem after it checks the email it doesnt not kill the connection. I dont want it to stay on and drain my battery either 3g or wifi depending on where i am. i just want it to check if there are any new mails and then disconnect.
i have set Smartconnect to disconnect on better connection and my firmware is 200.21.118
I just bought a BB Curve 8330 through Alltel, and I had a Pearl 8130 for almost two years. I don't want my email pushed through, but I do like to access it through the browser on msn.com. This has never been a problem on the Pearl. Since I went to the Curve, I get an error message from Microsoft that says my browser must be a WAP 2.0 or higher. Can I downgrade my software to the previous version, and if so, how?? I know the previous version works fine because a few of my friends have it and I can log into hotmail on theirs.
I apologize if this was answered before but I couldn't find it with the search function. I guess I can't figure out what words to search for.Anyway, I thought I saw a screen on my Storm that allowed me to change how often it checks for new emails (say every 15 mins, 1/2 hour, hour, etc.) but I can't find it again. I just set up my work email and I'd rather only be notified of new emails every 1/2 hour. Is there a way to do that or was I looking at a different screen that had nothing to do with email?
I have configured to check my mail account on N85 every 30minutes, but the phone always asks me to connect to wlan. The wlan is configured to use access point automatically (conection->destiny->internet->mywlan_name)Is there a way to make n85 connect automatically to wlan (without asking me) for checking the email ?
The title says it all . . . I have 5 x email accounts set up on my Storm 9550 (1 x BB, 1 x private domain, 1 x hotmail and 2 x yahoo). How do I stop the BB checking for emails on ONLY the hotmail account for example, or ONLY 1 x of the yahoo accounts without deleting them. I merely want to disable it temporarily, not delete it. once an email account is setup, where (how) do I need to go to change the email password stored for the account?
A day or two after the upgrade to firmware v40 I noticed that the phone doesn't disconnect from my WiFi connection after checking email. Previously WiFi would disconnect after it was done checking email. This happens for more than one WiFi destination (home & work), and I have verified that the connection's advanced settings do show that power saving mode is ON.
I've verified that there are no apps running in the b/g that requires connection, and if I manually disconnect the WiFi connection, then it stays disconnected until the next time the email check runs, at which point it does not disconnect automatically.

One of the things that my wife doesn't like is how the images don't pop open automatically on her storm when checking her email.Although I am new to the blackberry OS I can usually figure things out by messing around with options. However I am stomped on this one. Because of this she usually checks her mail on her ipod touch. Is there a way that you can turn this option on all the time. Or do you have to always have to pull up the menu to open them?
I am using yahoo e-mail accounts with the default e-mail application that came with my phone. I've set it to check the e-mail hourly, but it does not work. It only checks it if I push the refresh button.
What can I do to make it check the e-mail automatically?
I hate this! How do I turn it off? Nothing in settings...and I don't want to delete my email account. I just want it to stop loading the email app whenever I get an email.I have to Exit, Confirm (even though the confirm option is OFF), get dropped in the apps screen, and still have to click to get to the 'home' screen.Must be a way to disable automatic email checking?
I just got a Blackberry 8330 and need to use it for checking email from my company's email server. It turns out that this server uses Outlook Web Access lite. I am currently not able to check the mail as I am getting errors that say the browser needs to accept cookies. Also something about scripting.Does anybody know how to work around this problem? I don't want to "integrate" this email account so that I get the messages pushed to the Blackberry- only to be able to access the email site and check the email.
Does anyone know if there is a limit to the number of inbox emails that the N97 can cope with?I have set up two email accounts on the phone and both have stopped receiving when they have reached 2013 emails. The email accounts are fine as they both continue to work on my p.c.
