Motorola Droid Razr HD :: "Message Size Limit Reached"
Dec 30, 2012I have two RAZR HD and get "Message Size Limit Reached" whenever I try attaching a pic in the Text App on only one of them. The unbranded one that I won as a prize in a Motorola contest.
This mesage comes up after clicking on "Resize" when attaching the pic.

Dec 15, 2012I got a smart action set for battery savings where when it's not charging and screen is off the background data is off. But a couple days ago I had the smart action running and go to use my phone and a screen pops up saying my mobile data limit has been reached and data has been turned off. The thing is that I have unlimited data and I don't have a data limit set on the phone. It kept on doing it until I went into the data usage settings and changed the cycle to the day before and it fixed the problem.

Oct 25, 2012For some reason my Droid Razr cannot receive an mp3 through MMS if it is over 54 seconds in length. Anything under 54 seconds comes through no problem.
some background. I am a paramedic and we are paged from a central dispatch. When this page goes out we have software that will record it and send it via MMS to our phones.as a secondary paging for some reason if it is over 54 seconds in length I will get the txt but not the file. This goes the same if it is emailed to me. It is not just my phone my co worker has a Droid Razr also and has same problem. other co workers with casio, LG and other phones get them with no problem so I have concluded it is Motorola that has put this in. Spent long times with Verizon and Motorola supports with no success (dont think they understand what I mean)
I took an mp3 and started cutting it back second by second until I was able to recieve it this is how I know 54 seconds is the magic length. also the file is only 500k so well under the size limit.
now to make things a bit more compicated. If I connect to the computer and d/l the file to my phone it will work. I can even txt said file back to myself and recieve it but if I txt it to my phone from computer again it will not let me have the file.

Jun 9, 2015On two occasions now, I've sent a text message to a group using the Verizon message app. The first time, some contacts were in my contact list and others weren't. I entered their numbers putting a space after them. I send the message, and see the following: sent to some.
I then added all numbers to my contact list. The second time I sent a text, I just kept going back to the contact list and adding each person to the text. I sent it out, and again it says: sent to some.Why can I not send a group text?
Motorola Droid Turbo :: Outlook App Not Sending Emails?
Apr 27, 2015With previous Android Motorola phones, there weren't issues with sending emails and showing in the Sent folder. But the Turbo doesn't have a 'native' email app so I downloaded the Outlook app. Many emails that I 'send' don't show in 'Sent' folder (or received by recipient). Tech support says they're aware of the problem and are working on it. But for now I'm stuck without a trustworthy email app.

Motorola Droid Turbo :: Why Aren't Exchange Emails With Larger Attachments Sending
Jun 9, 2015As the title says, I have a Droid Turbo that will not send emails with a few photos coming to about 15 MB. Same thing happens with our Razr M and Droid Minis, but my iPhone 6 doesn't seem to have an issue. Thought I could do something similar as the iPhone and choose what size I want the photos to be when I send (to at least make the email smaller), but I can't seem to find anything like that either. We are running Exchange 2010 and do not have any email size requirements set for incoming/outgoing mail or for the ActiveSync policy. They just sit in the Outbox until I delete them.

Aug 31, 2015I have a Samsung s4 active and all of a sudden the sound stopped working on my phone. Someone suggested a factory reset so I done that and it made my phone worse (froze all the time and took ages to start up) then someone suggested to wipe the cache partition? So I done that and it worked for less than 20 mins and went back to the same issue. Sometimes the start up sound works but barely ever. Can't even hear sound on phone calls.

Nov 3, 2011I noticed that when I get messages (usually MMS with pictures) from my someone who sent the message to multiple recipients, if I touch the icon at the top of the message thread, next to "Multiple Recipients", with the four greyed out heads (where the normal contact picture is), I'm able to see who else the message was sent to. This includes people and phone numbers that I do not have in my contacts list. I'm concerned about this, because if I were to be the one sending a message to multiple recipients, I could see a situation where I would send it to multiple people but not want to disclose everyone's phone number to everyone else. Isn't this a privacy concern or violation? There should be a way to turn this off on the sending end.
