Dec 4, 2012I am trying to add a second exchange mailbox to a Curve 9370. I read a post from last year stating that this is not possible without using a Blackberry Exchange Server.

BB Bold :: How To Add Exchange Mailbox (RSA Secured)
Nov 19, 2011When I use the company's outlook webmail, I need to use RSA SecurID passcode first to authenticate by using my SecurID token before the webmail login page appear (username + password). I tried to add the mail in my BB by using the normal way (webmail address + username +password), but not succeeded. As far as I know, our company does not have BES. or maybe this type of mail can not be used with BIS?

Jun 30, 2014I am trying to set up an exchange mailbox on iphone 5 running iOS7. After entering the proper parameters, I receive error "Cannot Get Mail - The connection to the server failed."
I know the server parameters are correct because I have entered the exact same parameters for another users mailbox and mail loads perfectly fine on the iPhone. I dont believe the issue lies with the parameters but maybe the individual mailboxes? Are there settings on our exchange server i should be comparing between the mailboxes to determine why one mailbox loads fine while the other does not?
Could it be an issue with iOS 7 ? Is there a guide or something that will show how the users mailbox settings should be set on exchange 2010?
I verified the device shows up when i log into the users OWA account > Mobile Phones, but still unable to load mail. There are no other devices in the mobile phones section so there shouldnt be a limit issue. Â

Domain: empty
My data connection are good, other software work's fine (Internet browser, chat, etc), but I don't see any emails or contacts or calender in my different exchange software.

Aug 21, 2012I am receiving no notification of incoming text messages. Contacts will ask me why I didn't respond to a text. When I check the box, the message is there and marked as read, but I never received any notification of receiving it. I have had the phone 2 months and this seems to have started about a month ago.
I have not installed any 3rd party apps other than the ones provided by Verizon. I have not configured it to receive email. I don't use it for Facebook or any other social networking app. I have tried a number of battery pulls.

I'm trying Settings->Application->Messaging->SyncEmail but after completing all the steps nothing happens. I've read about RoadSync but I don't have it on my phone (got it from Vodafone Italy), and it doesn't seem fair to have to pay for something I definitely expect a smartphone to be able to do for free. Is there any step-by-step guide on how to set up an "activesync" mailbox on the Vivaz Pro?

The directions given suggest going to the Calendar application and/or Contacts application on my phone and "press the Menu key then Options and then change the Wireless Synchronization field to No." But, that is not one of the options in either of the applications.

My email reconciliation is set to delete on prompt, wireless reconcile is on, and on conflicts is set to mailbox wins. However, I am not being prompted. BB Curve :: Get Email That Bypasses Regular Email Mailbox
Mar 4, 2011I get email to my Blackberry that bypasses my regular email mailbox.
I can delete the email from my blackberry but it does not give me the option to delete the email on my mailbox and handheld like most emails I get - becuase it bypasses my mailbox.
Is there a fix for this or am I stuck getting these emails for the rest of the blackberries life?

Oct 26, 2011I have a user who, around the time of the big RIM outage, lost the ability to receive emails from her work email. At the time I just left it alone since I thought it had to do with the outage. However, she still isn't receiving emails. I've tried to troubleshoot this by re-creating her account but I keep getting authentication failures that get delivered to the users mailbox. She contacted her provider and they were no help. I've also tried setting this up on another phone and run into the same issue. As far as the server itself, there hasn't been any changes at all.

Oct 10, 2010I am having some trouble adding a new MS Exchange email account through BIS to my blackberry that already has an enterprise activation (eg BES) to a different Exchange account. When I create the Exchange setup in BIS, the device never receives any email or calendar events from that account. Synchronized items only list "deleted" and nothing else.
This used to work before my corporate mail was migrated from Lotus Notes. Previous setup had BES activation with some kind of Notes conduit and I added the BIS setup for a new exchange account with a different company. This worked fine until corporate mail was moved to Exchange and I had to wipe my device and reactivate with a new BES.
Now the BIS setup just will not work. The account is created fine. I do not get any login errors. It says the account was successfully added. The problem is that the only item listed under "Enabled Synchronization Options" is Deleted items with a green checkmark. No other items are listed like Inbox or Sent.
