Dec 29, 2011I have a MS exchange email account set on my blackerry and evrything was fine.Yesterday the email did not work and I received a message from Blackberry that the account was not working. I deleted the email account on the blackberry server and readded. It now works but I receive duplicate emails on my phone. The outlook mailbox does not receive duplicates. What is the cause?

Apr 9, 2012All of a sudden my phone won't delete messages from my mailbox. It marks it as deleted and adds a 0 messages to the email itself, but continues to show it there and continues to show it up top as unread messages.

I know I have messages becuase the message icon and the light is blinking but whenever I click on the mailbox to open it, all I see is a blue banner saying that i have no messages. With the mailbox open, all I see above the box is SMS. At the very top is the battery indicator, then the time, unopened message count and the signal strength.

Mar 29, 2010I have a new 8530 and even though I select "Delete on mailbox and Handheld" every time I delete an email, it only will delete it on the Blackberry. Reverse is also true, when I delete email on my laptop the emails do not delete on Blackberry (not sure if this is even an option).This happens on both my gmail account and my comcast account.

Jan 23, 2010When you want to delete an email, you usually get the 'Delete From Handheld & Mailbox', 'Delete From Handheld', or Cancel. All I get now is Delete or Cancel. My email reconciliation is set to delete on prompt, wireless reconcile is on, and on conflicts is set to mailbox wins. However, I am not being prompted. What is confusing is that on some emails it asks and on others it is not asking. I tried battery pulls, deleting and readding the email address. I only have a personal email and not business.

Oct 4, 2011i have just updated the o/s on my blackberry curve today (v5.0.0.681).i have a work exchange email, and i have also added my personal mail account via Setup / Email Settings - the new additional mail address is visible, and i have received an email from the Activation Server confirming, i am also receiving mails from both email addresses.the issue is that the icon for the extra mailbox is not appearing on the home screen, or in any of the folders (up until the o/s upgrade i had no issues and it was always visible) I have taken the battery in and out - any other suggestions?

Oct 24, 2011We did 2 upgrades and now some black calendar are not synching naymore with outlook.
Here's our setting We had Blackberry Enterprise server professionnal 4.0.17 or something like that we upgraded to Blackberry server Express 5.0.3 MR 1 (Bundle 19) for Exchange server
we had Microsoft Exchange 2003 and we upgraded to 2010 Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Version 14.1.218.15 with service pack installed Update Rollup 5 SP1 and Update Rollup 4-V2 SP1
The issue is with some Blackberry device when you add something to the Black Calendar it's not showing up into Outlook calendar.
I tried to removed every cical ligne into the services book and resend the service book from the blackberry server, had no luck
I tried these steps :On the BlackBerry smartphone, open the Calendar application.Click the Menu button and click Options.Set the Wireless Synchronization option to No.Click the Menu button and click Save.Set the Wireless Synchronization option to Yes.Click the Menu button and click Save. Turning wireless calendar synchronization on and off will reset the calendar database on the BlackBerry smartphone.Create a calendar entry in Microsoft Outlook and verify that the entry wirelessly synchronizes to the BlackBerry smartphone.no luck too.

A long time ago this once worked and I had 126 contacts on my cell and in outlook. 2 crashed laptops later I have never been successful to get those 126 contacts back in Outlook. I have 2 email accounts set up on my Blackberry. I have tried deleting the service book, deleting and reinstalling the BB Desktop Software and it will only sync the contacts from my gmail account (26 entries) and not the one from my verizon (126 entries)
