I cannot synchronize my Calendar from Outlook, Contact, Notes and Tasks are ok. When asked to update SW vesrion of 6.0 bundle 2647 with V6.0.0.600, an error occurs which is : Error code 0x80040fb3.

I open my BB Desktop software and go to "organizer". The only icon that say "not installed" is my calendar.
All the rest (memo pad, Address book and tasks) are OK. I try to reset settings but nothing work....
The synchronization of the contacts works with no problem at all but the problem is to synchronize calendar Outlook 2010 with 8100.
I have a message "Microsoft Exchanges  authorization in outlook".
After updating OS 6 tot bundel 2949 i can not synchronize my calender items from outlook to my blackberry. Tasks and Contacts are no problem.

1. I wanted to make E52 work like s40 phone in terms of functions arrangement and, long story short, now Menu button is under middle navigation button (Menu is the first icon in the icon shortcuts on the desktop). Under left function key I have Profiles. Because of that I can't lock the keypad the way it was designed which is left_function_key-right_function_key. I know that I can lock it by using on/off button but that is not very convenient.Is there any way to define other keypad locking sequence? For example like the old phones "Menu" + "*" ?
2. Second problem concerns calendar. I tried to synchronize it with Outlook via OVI and something went wrong. Right now I have many entries doubled and some of them finish in 2030. The option to delete before date in E52 does not work. How can I clear the whole calendar?
Anyone who knows how to set up the X10 mini to synchronize calender, contacts, notes and tasks with outlook? Are not looking for the full integration with email, but a simple integration on a push/pull basis similar to the functionality available on SE PC suite for the older models using the USB cabel

My outlook email account is on my device. In other words, emails to my outlook emails address goes to both my outlook and my device.
Is it possible, if I respond to an outlook email on my blackberry for that sent response from my blackberry to be in my sent folder in my outlook. In other words, can I synchronize my device with outlook so that any responses sent on my device regarding outlook emails get reflected in my outlook. I believe you need to have BES - but I don't have that. My device is a personal one - not a corporate one without any connection to a corporate server. Is it possible without BES to do the synchronization?
I just bought my 1st BB (9300) and am trying to get it to Synchronize with Outlook 2010 Calander . It canceled all future apt from Sept onwards on Outlook. I have 4 emails in my BB, I noticed it created multiple Calendars for each email account . I would like to have only One calender and have all Apt appear in both BB and Outlook. Now all the Apartments in BB are still there but even choosing to put them on Outlook only one way not mutually it still does not work. It only syncs the Default Calender into Outlook.

I was unable to synchronize my contacts because it said my BB was set up for wireless synchronization. I tried to follow the instructions for truning off wireless synching, but when I go to options in my contacts there is no wireless synchronization field for me to change. What am I missing?
Also, I updated my operating system and now I am unable to sync my calendar. When I try to select the organizer data to synronize, it won't let me select calendar because it says that calendar is not installed (and it won't let me select address book because it says it is syncing wirelessly). I have reinstalled my BB Desktop software and I read on another post that gmail might be a problem so I no longer have my gmail account on my BB. When I open my BB Desktop manager on my computer, I get a message saying "unknown error reported," which is why I reinstalled my Destop software, but I still get this message after the reinstall.
Trying to synchronise my Curve 9300 with MS Outlook 2010 through USB connection, I am required to turn off wireless synchronization first. When I follow the BB instructions for this I find I cannot trun off wirelesss sync for calendar. I select calendar, menu, options, but do not get the field with the wireless on/off checkbox the instructions refer to. I can't find it anywhere.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI am trying to synchronize my laptop calendar with my BB calendar through Microsoft Outlook with no success. When I use the BB Desktop Software for the Curve 8530, I did the following:
I connected the laptop to the BB with a USB cable. I invoked the BB Desktop Software and connected with the BB. I viewed the conflict resolution dialogue box and updated both fields in the device and Microsoft Outlook with highlighted values.
I received error message "Error encountered. Error code - 0x80040fb3. Check documentation." I pressed "OK". I received the message "Unable to complete synchronization". I pressed "OK". Then I hit the "Synch" button on the dialogue box. The message "one or more configured folders is not available. Update folder mapping and try again."
Then I clicked on "organizer" button in the dialogue box. I clicked on "configure settings". I clicked "advanced" after seeing that the "calendar" and "address" book were checked. The error message "no available message stores" was displayed. I clicked "OK". The "Advanced" menu appeared, however the "map folder" button was not highlighted and the message "no folder mapping is available for calendar section".

I can't sychronize my BB 9700 with Outlook. Same error message in a window that says Intellisync. Message is: "Function OpenFolder failed". Things worked fine yesterday. I tried reloading the software from the CD, then downloading updates, then re-booting the computer.

When I try to synchronize my Outlook with my phone using the Blackberry Desktop Manager, but it indicates that the subfolders are not available. I have tried the help menu and it tells I have to use the Advanced tab and then manually add the folders I want. But I can't use the Advanced tab and it is not accessable. I can only use the Setup tab.
All of the help functions either through the Desktop Manager or the website do not help. I have a toll free number so that I can speak to a real live person but I have to pay a fee to do it.
I am hoping that there is a to do list that will synchronize with the Outlook Task list. Is there an app that does this?

We did 2 upgrades and now some black calendar are not synching naymore with outlook.

we had Microsoft Exchange 2003 and we upgraded to 2010 Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Version 14.1.218.15 with service pack installed Update Rollup 5 SP1 and Update Rollup 4-V2 SP1
The issue is with some Blackberry device when you add something to the Black Calendar it's not showing up into Outlook calendar.
I tried to removed every cical ligne into the services book and resend the service book from the blackberry server, had no luck

I have had my blackberry for over a year and recently it stopped syncing my BB calendar with my outlook. It syncs the address book, tasks and memos fine, but totally skips over the calendar. However, the dates of some items (created in Outlook) are not consistent between Outlook and the Blackberry. For example, for this Friday 28 October, I have an all day appointment and it appears correctly in Outlook. View 6 Replies View RelatedI own a BB Curve 8520. Before having setup the BIS, I could synchronize all my Outlook stuff with the device (contacts, tasks, calendar, ...) via USB as well as bluetooth.
Since I have set up BIS, I can still synchronize my contacts with Outlook, but even when I configure the Calendar to be synched as well, nothing happens. No errors are shown in the log. Seems that the calendar sync is just skipped.

Everytime I add another email it gives me a prompt that it already exists.The other issue that may be causing the problem is I have a pay ahead plan without the blackberry plan which basically does everything but I can't email, I can read them can't reply. I have updated the software to version 6 onto my new netbook and have microsoft office 2007. IT wont let me sychronise memo pad, calendar and addresses etc.. When i go into configure it, the drop down box after i have inputted 2 way synch with outlook, the drop down box that asks for outlook user profile has nothing in it and if you try to proceed, you get the error message:
options value is unacceptable.
With my new BB Curve 9300 (running OS 6) I am finding that my calendar syncing through the BES is only occurring one way. The appointments I create on the BB do not sync back the my calendar.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have setup a blackberry 8520 using our Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES). The blackberry setup completes without error as does the enterprise activation on the device. Everything works ok on the Blackberry except for the calendar which does not sync across any changes to the outlook desktop. If a change(e.g. new entry) is made on the users outlook desktop it does get synched across to the Blackberry.
If the calendar entry is then deleted on the blackberry it gets synched across to the desktop. The problem is only in one direction e.g. from the Blackberry to the desktop. So far I have removed the user from the BES and restarted the BES. Added the user back in to the BES. Wiped the handheld and run the enterprise activation but the problem still exists. This seems to be an isolated problem as we have approximately 20 Blackberry users using BES and all don't have any issues.
Can I sync an outlook calendar to 8520. I use the BB desktop software and am running Windows 7.
