Anyone who knows how to set up the X10 mini to synchronize calender, contacts, notes and tasks with outlook? Are not looking for the full integration with email, but a simple integration on a push/pull basis similar to the functionality available on SE PC suite for the older models using the USB cabel

I'm trying to get Outlook for Mac 2011 calendar on my MacBook running Snow Leopard to show up on my new iPhone. Connected by USB, through iTunes. iTunes says it is syncing calendar, but nothing shows up on the iPhone calendar.

I bought the Nokia E72 to have a good phone for business and work. Since 1 week my Lotus Notes calendar could not be synchronized any more. PC Suite issues a lot of warnings (item xyz cannot be inserted on the phone's calendar) but these messages are not useful. So I de-installed PC Suite and installed the Ovi Suite, but what is this? I cannot see how to synchronize my Lotus Notes calendar?! The menu items says that Microsoft Outlook is supposed to be installed, but sorry, this is not my company's organizer system.So please tell me how to synchronize my company's calendar with my E72 via the OVI suite because this is a crucial feature.

After days of searching I have been successf in syncing contacts, calendar, and tasks on my Samsung Android phone (Galaxy S5) with Outlook 2010 on my Windows 7 Desktop using the following tools and procedure:
Install Samsung's Android "SmartSwitch" app on the phone
Install Samsung's Windows "SmartSwitch" application on the desktop
Configure the Windows "SmartSwitch" application to sync the desired outlook data.After the phone and desktop applications are installed and configured, connect the phone to the desktop using an appropriate USB cable. Windows plug and play may or may not correctly recognize the phone, but the SmartSwitch application should connect to the phone's client app and initiate the data transfer.
On the phone, email, contacts, and calendar applications will readily display and update the Outlook data from your desktop. Unfortunately, accessibility of Outlook's "To Do" task list is somewhat obscure due to Samsung's non-intuitive UI and menu organization.To access Outlook's "To Do" task list, using the phone's Calendar app:
Tap the timeframe (Day, Week, Month, Year) text in the upper left screen header.In the resulting drop-down, tap "Agenda" and the screen will display an agenda of dated Calendar events and "Agenda" in the upper left screen header.Tap the three-dot menu icon in the upper right screen header
In the resulting drop-down, tap "Filter by" and select "Tasks" in the resulting pop-up and the screen will now display undated tasks in the main window. Although I did not see this documented anywhere, apparently the programmers define Events as "date-associated" list items, and "Tasks" and undated list items.To return the screen display back to Events (dated list items), tap the three-dot menu icon in the upper right screen header and select either "Events" or "All" in the resulting pop-up.
To return the screen display back to Calendar mode, Tap the word "Agenda" in the upper left screen header and select the desired calendar timeframe (Day, Week, Month, Year) from the resulting drop-down.
I noticed that after going through this process once, when the main display is in "Agenda" mode I have an "Undated" section at the top of the display. I can't synchronize my calendar outlook with my BB 9700.
I open my BB Desktop software and go to "organizer". The only icon that say "not installed" is my calendar.
All the rest (memo pad, Address book and tasks) are OK. I try to reset settings but nothing work....

1. I wanted to make E52 work like s40 phone in terms of functions arrangement and, long story short, now Menu button is under middle navigation button (Menu is the first icon in the icon shortcuts on the desktop). Under left function key I have Profiles. Because of that I can't lock the keypad the way it was designed which is left_function_key-right_function_key. I know that I can lock it by using on/off button but that is not very convenient.Is there any way to define other keypad locking sequence? For example like the old phones "Menu" + "*" ?
2. Second problem concerns calendar. I tried to synchronize it with Outlook via OVI and something went wrong. Right now I have many entries doubled and some of them finish in 2030. The option to delete before date in E52 does not work. How can I clear the whole calendar?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a new Blackberry Curve 8530. When I set it up, I was able to synchronize my Outlook calendar to the BB but not my contacts. I was unable to synchronize my contacts because it said my BB was set up for wireless synchronization. I tried to follow the instructions for truning off wireless synching, but when I go to options in my contacts there is no wireless synchronization field for me to change. What am I missing?
Also, I updated my operating system and now I am unable to sync my calendar. When I try to select the organizer data to synronize, it won't let me select calendar because it says that calendar is not installed (and it won't let me select address book because it says it is syncing wirelessly). I have reinstalled my BB Desktop software and I read on another post that gmail might be a problem so I no longer have my gmail account on my BB. When I open my BB Desktop manager on my computer, I get a message saying "unknown error reported," which is why I reinstalled my Destop software, but I still get this message after the reinstall.
I have just bought a new blackberry curve and transferred my contacts from a Sony Ericsson. Their birthday information was transferred too but this hasn't sync to my calendar or I cannot set reminders in the contacts folder.Is there a way to sort this out or an app that actually works?

My e-mail is a Windows Live account through Office Live, which I believe is a web-based e-mail account. This means, in order for me to get e-mail in Outlook, I have to use the Microsoft OutlooIk Connector. When I go to sync using Desktop Manager, I first try and install ntellisync through the Wizard and I get a “successfully installed message, but when I click “OK” the error: "Folder is no longer part of system data source or the folder could not be found” appears and I am never able to sync successfully, either through the USB or wirelessly. I have uninstalled and re-installed the Desktop Manager many times. However, I am receiving the e-mails through to my BB. But if I'm unable to sync Calendar, Tasks or Contacts etc. with my Desktop, the BB is not a lot of help or benefit to me.

i had preoblems with my curve 8520 last night resulting me to reinstall the OS. I luckily used blackberry protect to back everything up. However all of the games have disapeared that came with the phone originaly and the notes and task apps have disappeared. I am not too worried about the games but I had a large amount of notes and tasks that I need to get back?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am considering purchasing a BB Tour 9630. I use the Notes field of MS Outlook contacts extensively. Some of my notes per contact are over 10,000 characters in length. My Palm Treo 700p allows me to view/edit these long notes. Can the notes field of the BB contact manager handle this many characters or will it be truncated to a shorter length? I am a small operation not using an Exchange Server. Also, do I need any other device software than what comes with the BB to sync with my PC's local Outlook PST?
