What can I do, or how can I set my iPhone, so that I just delete emails on my phone and not my office outlook enterprise email.

My Bold 9700 will not give me the option to delete facebook notifications and other mail messages from facebook from my mailbox(Hotmail) and my Bold 9700. I can only delete facebook messages on my device and then I have to go onto my Hotmail separately to delete emails.All other emails delete on both Hotmail and Bold 9700.Anyone who can tell me a way to delete facebook emails and notifications on my bold and hotmail at the same time will be a great help?

Now when i delete my emails on my phone they now delete from my Macbook and the server as well i am using a BTinternet account as i have just sighed up to their broadband. I have never kept emails on my phone and have always deleted after reading but the email as always been left on the Macbook for future reference and on the server this is really a pain i delete on the phone then thinking it's still on my Macbook as normal now its GONE.
I cannot see any setting to stop this annoying thing...
I currently have BES and when I delete my emails from my device, they are not deleting from my outlook account. I do have delete from mailbox and handheld, have changed this setting, saved, and changed it back and still not working.

It all works great, but is there SOME way to delete emails from there without it deleting them from my email server? My email is in gmail; on the desktop at home I read it through Firefox. If I delete ANY messages on the phone, even messages that have been read, they are deleted from my gmail account at home (they are in the trash). I get emails and can send emails, no problem. If I delete emails from BB, they delete in outlook BUT not the other way round. So if I delete emails in outlook they do not delete from my phone.

A couple of weeks ago my employer gave me a password to activate my Outlook account for my Curve 8530. I was able to send and receive emails for about 3 days, then I suddenly stopped receving emails.I can send email from my outlook address, my Sent Items appear and my Outlook calendar items appear on the blackberry calendar.I'm just not receiving emails through the Inbox.I've contacted my carrier and my IT department at work, but no one can figure out why I'm not getting emails on the Curve.The usual fixes aren't working.

Recently I began noticing that the message is not being delated from the phone if I delete it from the mailbox, and I can't figure out why.
Basically I want to be able to read the message on the computer and hit delete and for it do the same thing on my blackberry and vise versa. Now it seems to work if I delete the message on the BB then it will not be in the Mailbox on the computer.

I have a new 8530 and even though I select "Delete on mailbox and Handheld" every time I delete an email, it only will delete it on the Blackberry. Reverse is also true, when I delete email on my laptop the emails do not delete on Blackberry (not sure if this is even an option).This happens on both my gmail account and my comcast account.

My Blackberry Curve gives me the option of deleting messages from both Handheld and Mailbox and Handheld. I assume Mailbox means my desktop computer at home which is a Mac, but when I select Mailbox and Handheld for delete, it only deletes from Handheld and NOT from Mailbox.
