BB Bold :: How To Get Emails Sent To Mailbox Folder

I am facing this problem on my BlackBerry 9780, where all the emails are coming into "Messages" Box, I want my mails to come into the respective mailbox only.
what are the necessary settings to be done.

My Bold 9700 will not give me the option to delete facebook notifications and other mail messages from facebook from my mailbox(Hotmail) and my Bold 9700. I can only delete facebook messages on my device and then I have to go onto my Hotmail separately to delete emails.All other emails delete on both Hotmail and Bold 9700.Anyone who can tell me a way to delete facebook emails and notifications on my bold and hotmail at the same time will be a great help?

I have BB B 9790 and emails receive don't go to folders (I need this tool). And notification? heh - doesn't show it! The notification is view in only receive folder.

I just got a Bold 9700. With an OS v5.0.I have a corporate email set up through "Enterprise Activation" and I have set up my personal emails through the Email Wizard.The problem is: all the emails go to the Main Inbox. So in the Main Inbox, I have a mix of corporate emails and personal emails.The wizard also created different inbox for my personal emails, so I can access them individualy. But there is no way for me to get the personal emails out of the Main Inbox. Or creating a new Inbox for the Corporate emails.

how can i set emails to only go to my gmail folder, instead of to both Messages and Gmail, im only getting the notifications for the "Messages" folder, but it's cluttered. I read something about Message List Options, but i cant find it anywhere. any ideas?

I just set up my new BB bold with both my work email (BES) and my personal hotmail email (BIS). For some reason, when I send emails through hotmail on my phone, they do not show up in the sent folder on my hotmail account, when I access it on my PC. This issue does not occur with the work email. I did not have this problem with my previous BB curve, and all the settings appear to be the same.

Blackberry bold 9650, OS 6 bundle 1741 (verizon)issue: I have set up gmail (in addition to my corporate BIS administrater account). when an gmail comes, in the 'gmail icon' shows as if there is an new email, when opening this icon, it doesn't show any email (in the top it shows 'All Mail' folder), but if I go to the main mail icon (desktop mail icon), then I can see my corporate emails AND gmails.Any idea why this behaves this way? I may have played around the gmail plug-in and might try to remove it sometime back. I tried to add it again it says my phone is not compatible.for what is worth, this device was in 5.0 before, I upgraded to OS 6 few months back, since then I have this issue (the plugin was working great in the previous version).

Searched around for a bit, and most threads on this topic seem to be related to using BES.I had a Curve up until last week. When I delete messages in Outlook on my PC (standard POP mailbox, not Exchange), they would usually disappear from my BB within 30 minutes. Now I upgraded to a Tour last week and this is not happening, I have to delete in both places. I'm sure it is just a simple setting I am missing but can't find where it should be. I do have the reconciliation: on conflicts: set to Mailbox wins.
Other then this, really enjoying the Tour. I'll be going overseas next month so we'll see how well Verizon handles that.

I am receiving mails, the red action comes on the mailbox, but when I open my mailbox I don't see my mails. I just changed my battery today. Is this because I changed my battery.

All of a sudden, my emails, MAILBOX, are not going into my inbox. They go to an archive folder with no notification. I had this problem several months ago. But I don't remember how I solved the problem.

After I updated my software to iOS 5.1 I had to do a full restore. Since then old comcast emails keep downloading to my mailbox 50 at a time. I have two other email accounts on my phone and neither one of them have updated old deleted emails. I am tired of having to delete these old emails. Help!!

I access my corporate mail box thru my BB as well as a PC. Now when I delete mails from my mail box from the PC, these mails should also, simultaneously, get deleted from the BB--- correct? This is not happening(was happening on my last BB). The BB keeps accumulating the mail and I have to delete them using the BB delete option. I have gone to EDIT option on my set up email setting and in the Sync options have ticked the DELETE option---- no success. As a result BB gets flooded with 100s of mail. What do I need to do to have the BB mails deleting simultaneously when they are deleted from the same mail box, from my PC....

I just got the new bold 9700 and added my email account on it. For some reason my emails are going to my messages folder and not my deputy99@telus.net folder. I wouldn't mind this but I can't reply to any emails when they go to the messages folder for some reason.

I have configured my mgail and official emails on my BB Curve. Till a few days back, everything was working perfectly but suddenly, some automatic change happened in the filters of both accounts, and I'm able to see only emails marked 'Important' in those icons. For all the other emails, I have to go to the 'Messages' icon.
When I check the Filter option for my gmail (or official mail) icon, I saw that it was default marked to 'Important'. I am able to change it to 'Inbox' and see my inbox emails temporarily but there's no option of saving that filter type. When I open my gmail (or official mail) icon the next time, I only see the 'Imporant' mails.

When I use the company's outlook webmail, I need to use RSA SecurID passcode first to authenticate by using my SecurID token before the webmail login page appear (username + password). I tried to add the mail in my BB by using the normal way (webmail address + username +password), but not succeeded. As far as I know, our company does not have BES. or maybe this type of mail can not be used with BIS?

I have just set up my work email on my blackberry using IMAP and I have noticed that when I send an email from my blackberry it will not show up in my mailbox's Sent Items.I have checked the setting and made sure that the mail folder was called Sent Items as suggested in[URL]...I am using the BIS service.I noticed that it works with my google mail account which is using IMAP as well.

I'm having a problem deleting all my trashed emails. Since I've gotten the S5 I've been getting rid of emails quickly. They also reside on my PC's Outlook so I decided not to have 875 emails cluttering up the S5. I use the combined view for my 2 non-Gmail accounts. All was working well until recently when there appeared to be 52 emails that remain even after I select all. 42 are from one account and the other 10 from the other account. I've tried deleting the trash from each account separately but the 52 keep reappearing when I "Show all folders" in the combined view (and the 42 from one and 10 from the other when I look at each account).
How can I delete this peskly "deck-of-cards" (52) emails? I guess the most drastic would be to delete the two accounts and start all over, but I'm curious to know how it might have happened in the first place.
Here's a picture of the situation. The only difference in the 3rd image is that after I delete, what shows as remaining in the trash is 52.

Call the carrier support center but they said that one of my mailbox was hit by virus which is very unlikely since it only happen after i switch from 9780 to 9860. If it was from one of the mailbox, it should appear in the respective mailbox than in general message folder. Since talking with the support center is a waste of time, I just accepted their explanation and live with the problem. Now, I have to delete minimum 100 emails per day.I just want to shut it off. I can even read their business email. Attached are pictures for better understanding of my problem.

I cannot find a way to do a mass delete of e-mails from a folder...mostly, from my "Trash" e-mail. You must delete (tap on each e-mails "box") one at a time...prior to selecting "delete".This is extremely time consuming for someone receiving a lot of e-mails.

my BB: 9900 OS: 7.1 Bundle 1424 using BB Businese Cloud Service for connecting my Microsoft 365 email.I have problem after upgraded my BB 9900 OS from 7.0 to 7.1 since 14 June.
Once I active my email in BB after upgrade to OS 7.1.The email send/receive is ok after active, but the email in my mailbox which older than activation time, never download to my BB.Besides, the delete folder never sync with my mailbox, always empty, which my mailbox have many deleted email in delete folder.
And the send/receive of my BB is very unstable in my BB last few days, it will delay receive and fail to send, need resend again and again, I checked with local mobile service provider.They confirmed nothing wrong with their network, the problem only happen in BB Cloud service.

I have a MS exchange email account set on my blackerry and evrything was fine.Yesterday the email did not work and I received a message from Blackberry that the account was not working. I deleted the email account on the blackberry server and readded. It now works but I receive duplicate emails on my phone. The outlook mailbox does not receive duplicates. What is the cause?
