View 3 Replies View RelatedI've had my BB for around a year and about a week ago, I got a message saying I needed to verify my BB details to keep receiving email. I haven't been well and among everything else I just forgot about it.Anyway, I realised a couple of days ago that my emails had stopped coming through, so I went to my email set up options and it gave me the option to log in to my device. I filled all my details and hit 'log in' but it refuses to register that I've typed in my username. No matter what, it always comes up saying 'Blank usernamee. Type a valid username'.I don't use my phone for work, so it's not the end of the world if I've completely screwed it up and can't get the email back, but it's inconvenient and annoying.

I've tried re-booting about 10 times, and also updating my version of BBM to the newest possible version, but nothing has worked. It's not a connection issue, because my internet, 3G, Facebook, Twitter, Texts and Emails are all working. I've tried connecting my phone to my wifi instead of the 3G I pay for, but with still no luck. Also, my data usage is fully topped up and nothing wrong with my service provider O2.
