BB Curve :: Shop As The Scroller Stopped Working?
Oct 5, 2012sister recently had to bring her bb into the shop as the scroller stopped working. the phone was sent away and she was giving a new bb but now her bb isnt connecting to any internet connection and her bbm isnt working but she was still charged for her bb bolt-on !! any one any advice on what she could do? its a blackberry curve 9300 purple phone that is 02 network.

Nov 22, 2012I have had a Blackberry Curve 9630 for just over a year now, and all of a sudden the square scroller/button has stopped selecting and when I try to scroll it doesn't move around as easily as it had done. Now my Blackberry keeps restarting itself and when it get to my background it doesn't let me scroll/select anything, it just reboots itself again. I have left the battery out for around 5 minuets and then put it back it yet the problem is still occurring. So I was just wondering what I can do to get my Blackberry fixed, it has a 2 year guarantee on it.

Aug 7, 2011I got a replacement 9320 today after claiming on my insurance, but the GPS doesn't want to work.
Location services are on and GPS is set to Device, I refresh the GPS and it fails to locate. Doesn't matter whether I'm inside or out, it times-out and fails.
I've tried the GPS diagnostics and it just says the same thing; that it couldn't find my location. My network supports GPS as I used it on my old 9300, so I'm a little stumped.
Also, BlackBerry maps refuses to search, just saying 'Unknown Error'. Possibly connected?

Sep 1, 2012I have changed my blackberry to a new 9320, my facebook will not update status or allow uploades when on mobile network including G3. when i sync as soon as i get home into wifi it works fine. i have uninstalled facebook software twice & reloaded but no better. I can check my position okay with the map so GPS is working when i am away from home as well as all other web browsers & emails work fine.

Jul 30, 2012My blackberry scroller wont click or scroll! I have phoned blackberry and they want to restart it so I wanna see if there is anything I can to fix it to prevent them doing that!
I tried taking out the battery and clicking five times, it works but it broke again then that didnt work again! I also tried putting a piece of tissue between the sim card and the battery and it work but again when is stoped it wouldn't work again!
I have taken to battery in and out soooooo many times and I left the battery and the sim card out for the whole night and part of the day!

Dec 29, 2011For the past few months, my scroller has been sticking and freezing, but i have managed to fix it everytime by pressing down hard or doing a battery pull. Also, the screen would just randomly turn white and then the phone would restart. The white screening was getting unbearable, so i did a software reload through desktop manager and since my scroller won't work at all. It wont select or scroll.

May 16, 2011With the battery fully charged, the screen was only viewable for a few seconds when plugging/unplugging from the charger and would go back to frozen state after. At the time I just left it alone since I thought it had to do with the outage. However, she still isn't receiving emails. I've tried to troubleshoot this by re-creating her account but I keep getting authentication failures that get delivered to the users mailbox. She contacted her provider and they were no help. I've also tried setting this up on another phone and run into the same issue. As far as the server itself, there hasn't been any changes at all.
