Jul 16, 2012over the past few days the scroller on my 3G 9300 is playing up, if I scroll to a certain area it keeps jumping to the top again.

Dec 29, 2011For the past few months, my scroller has been sticking and freezing, but i have managed to fix it everytime by pressing down hard or doing a battery pull. Also, the screen would just randomly turn white and then the phone would restart. The white screening was getting unbearable, so i did a software reload through desktop manager and since my scroller won't work at all. It wont select or scroll.

Jul 30, 2012My blackberry scroller wont click or scroll! I have phoned blackberry and they want to restart it so I wanna see if there is anything I can to fix it to prevent them doing that!
I tried taking out the battery and clicking five times, it works but it broke again then that didnt work again! I also tried putting a piece of tissue between the sim card and the battery and it work but again when is stoped it wouldn't work again!
I have taken to battery in and out soooooo many times and I left the battery and the sim card out for the whole night and part of the day!

Nov 22, 2012I have had a Blackberry Curve 9630 for just over a year now, and all of a sudden the square scroller/button has stopped selecting and when I try to scroll it doesn't move around as easily as it had done. Now my Blackberry keeps restarting itself and when it get to my background it doesn't let me scroll/select anything, it just reboots itself again. I have left the battery out for around 5 minuets and then put it back it yet the problem is still occurring. So I was just wondering what I can do to get my Blackberry fixed, it has a 2 year guarantee on it.

my problem is that I cannot get onto my phone because I cannot type in my password it comes up with unlock emergency call and cancel and I cannot chose any how ever when I take the sim out and put the battery back in it takes me straight to unlock and I cannot type anything but the blinker is solid is don't blink could this be the problem?

Mar 9, 2012I am experiencing very frustrating battery issues on my BB Curve 9300. I bought the device a month ago and had a brand new battery installed in no later than yesterday.Battery life is about 3 to 5 hours at the very best, whilst I am not using any specific 3rd party application.In addition, the "clock" apprears on a very frequent basis, slowing the system dramatically.I do not have any files saved on the media card ... Wi-fi has been disabled already as have Bluetooth. LAt, connection the mobile network is fine so I do not believe it has to do with the device desperately seeking connection.PS: I am based in France with SFR being my provider.

I also downloaded my carrier (MTN - South Africa) specific software the "9300M_PBr6.0.0_rel1879_PL6.6.0.124_A6.0.0.448" file and installed it onto my computer. I then connected my BB and tried to upgrade but was still unsuccessful.

Feb 10, 2010I just bought a Curve 8330. Had it for about a week, maybe less. Everything was fine until a couple of days ago when the sounds stopped working. Ring tones, incoming text message beeps, etc. just stop working.When I go into the sounds options to preview ringtones, etc. and click play, the play button goes from play, to stop, immediately, regardless of how long the tune is supposed to be.The only thing I've found to fix it, is to pull the battery.
